排舞对老年女性免疫力的影响研究

【摘要】:一个人免疫力的强弱直接影响到机体对于病原微生物的识别、防御、抵抗能力和机体的患病概率,是体质健康水平高低的体现。最近研究发现,老年人随着年龄的增长、身体的衰老,机体的免疫能力降低,对各种病原微生物的抵抗力降低,易感性增加,导致老年人容易患上肿瘤、感染性疾病和自身免疫性疾病。本研究在中国人口老龄化程度越来越明显的背景下以关注老年女性健康为出发点,以“排舞对老年女性免疫力的影响”为研究对象,采用了文献资料法、实验法和数理统计法以研究规律的排舞锻炼对老年女性免疫力产生的影响,为排舞运动的开展和老年女性的体质健康提供一些理论依据。本研究通过对八名身体健康并且之前没有进行过排舞锻炼的老年女性进行为期12周,每周3次,每次1小时的排舞锻炼,在此期间内所有被试者保持与正常生活状态下相同的生活习惯和饮食习惯,并于第0、4、8、12周空腹抽取其外周血化验并记录其免疫力指标,着重观察锻炼前后被试者血清中白细胞分类计数、免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM水平的变化。结果显示:对于WBC分类计数,随着时间的推移WBC计数有上升趋势,但p=0.36㧐0.05差异不具有显著性,其他指标有与WBC总数同步上升的趋势但结果均不具有显著性差异,且淋巴细胞上升的比率略高一些,嗜酸、碱性粒细胞因本身数量相对较少而相差不大;对于免疫球蛋白水平,12周每周进行三次排舞锻炼对IgA、IgM的含量影响不大(p=㧐0.05),而IgG含量有升高趋势,在第4、8周化验结果与实验前相比无显著性差异(P㧐0.05),但在第12周呈现出显著性差异(P=0.04㩳0.05),且此时IgG的含量仍然维持在正常的水平范围内。由此得出结论:十二周的排舞锻炼对WBC分类计数的影响虽然不具有显著性差异,但从数据上看有提高趋势,提示老年女性长期坚持有规律的排舞锻炼可以通过提高WBC分类计数来提高锻炼者机体的免疫能力;十二周的排舞锻炼可以显著性地提高机体IgG的含量而对IgA、IgM影响不大,说明IgG对排舞锻炼的敏感性更高,且长期的排舞锻炼可以通过提高锻炼者机体内的I gG水平来提高机体的免疫能力。排舞是一项健身、健心的运动方式,长期坚持锻炼可以提高老年女性的免疫能力,值得更多的人们去参与。通过整理相关文献发现,排舞的健身作用并不局限于老年女性,对具有运动能力的各个年龄阶段的人们都具有很好的健身作用,希望有更多的人群可以加入到全民排舞健身的大家庭中。
[Abstract]:The strength of a person's immunity directly affects the body's ability to identify, defend, resist and the disease probability of the organism, which is the embodiment of the level of physical health.Recent studies have found that as the elderly age, the body ages, the body's immune capacity decreases, the resistance to various pathogenic microorganisms decreases, and the susceptibility increases, leading to the elderly being prone to cancer.Infectious diseases and autoimmune diseases.Under the background of aging population in China, this study focused on the health of the elderly women, took the influence of line dance on the immunity of the elderly women as the research object, and adopted the literature method.The experimental method and the mathematical statistics method are used to study the influence of regular line dance exercise on the immunity of the elderly women, and to provide some theoretical basis for the development of the line dance movement and the physical health of the elderly women.In this study, eight elderly women who were in good health and had no previous line dancing exercise were treated for 12 weeks, three times a week, for one hour each time.During this period, all subjects maintained the same living habits and eating habits as those in normal living conditions, and collected their peripheral blood on an empty stomach for 12 weeks, and recorded their immunity indexes.The changes of serum leukocyte count and immunoglobulin IgA (IgA) IgG + IgM were observed before and after exercise.The results showed that the number of WBC increased with the passage of time, but there was no significant difference in the number of WBC with the total number of WBC, but there was no significant difference between the other indexes and the total number of WBC.The percentage of lymphocytes rose slightly higher, eosinophilic, alkaline granulocytes due to their relatively small number of difference;For the level of immunoglobulin, three times a week, three times a week had little effect on the content of IgA IgG, but the content of IgG had a tendency to increase.There was no significant difference between the test results at the 4th week and that before the experiment. However, at the 12th week, there was a significant difference between the two groups, and the content of IgG remained within the normal range at the same time.It is concluded that the effect of 12-week row dancing exercise on WBC classification counts has no significant difference, but there is a tendency to increase from the data point of view.The results suggest that the regular routine dance training for a long time can improve the immune ability of the exercisers by increasing the number of WBC classification, and the 12-week exercise can significantly increase the content of IgG, but has little effect on it.The results showed that IgG was more sensitive to line dance exercise, and long-term row dance exercise could improve the immune ability of the body by increasing the level of IGG in the body.Line dance is a fitness, healthy exercise, long-term exercise can improve the immune capacity of elderly women, more people to participate.It is found that the fitness function of line dance is not limited to the elderly women, but also has a good fitness function to the people of all ages who have the ability to exercise.I hope more people can join the whole family.
