【摘要】：广州芭蕾舞团也曾像其他舞团一样陷入"轻济危机",但从去年10月到今年 8月,"广芭"成为国内唯一盈利的芭蕾舞团。转机就在于企业家的加盟,把舞团文化事业单位转为企业,实行企业文化的管理。
[Abstract]:Guangzhou Ballet, like any other dance company, was caught in a "light economy crisis", but from October last year to August this year, Guangba became the only profitable ballet company in the country.The turning point lies in the enterpriser's joining, turning the cultural institutions of dance troupes into enterprises and implementing the management of corporate culture.
