影响娄底市少儿拉丁舞培训机构教学的因素及发展对策研究

【摘要】：拉丁舞是体育舞蹈的一个项群,它的健身价值、美学价值、社交价值一直都很受各类人群的爱戴。随着拉丁舞近些年来的发展,社会上各种各样的拉丁舞培训机构也多了起来,教学形式丰富,各种人群都在学,成为拉丁舞教学的一大特色。近些年,拉丁舞在我国发展很快,并且随着素质教育的发展,家长们意识到孩子学好拉丁舞能健身塑型、培养自信及处好人际关系,但是少儿拉丁舞作为发展时间不长的项目,其教学方面的理论和实践都还很薄弱,少儿拉丁舞的教学模式、训练方法等都有许多的不足,这些方面的不足都影响着少儿拉丁舞水平的提高。本文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等研究方法,对娄底市少儿拉丁舞培训机构的20名教师和321名学生进行问卷调查。通过调查并进一步分析娄底市少儿拉丁舞培训机构教学的状况,得出以下结论:一、娄底市少儿拉丁舞培训机构教学场地太小,少儿拉丁舞培训机构过于看重经济效益,不重视教师和学生的管理及教学的发展;二、娄底市少儿拉丁舞培训机构的学生男女比例严重失调,女生多男生少,且少儿拉丁舞学习年限较短,比赛和考级氛围不是很强烈,这就说明娄底市拉丁舞的宣传力度不够大;三、娄底市少儿拉丁舞培训机构的教师年龄普遍较小,执教年限较短,整体技术水平偏低,欠缺教学经验等一系列问题直接影响着娄底市少儿拉丁舞培训机构的教学发展;四、娄底市少儿拉丁舞培训机构大部分没有统一规范的教学大纲和教材,教学内容的层次、排序、时间安排不合理,教学内容过于单一;五、娄底市少儿拉丁舞培训机构教学的进一步发展应加大拉丁舞的宣传力度、加强教师队伍建设、相关监管部门应规范培训机构办学资质、培训机构应完善教学内容。
[Abstract]:Latin dance is a group of sports dance, its fitness value, aesthetic value, social value has been loved by all kinds of people.With the development of Latin dance in recent years, there are more and more Latin dance training institutions in the society, the teaching form is rich, all kinds of people are learning, become a major feature of Latin dance teaching.In recent years, Latin dance has developed rapidly in our country, and with the development of quality education, parents have realized that their children can learn Latin dance well to build shape, cultivate self-confidence and good interpersonal relationship, but children's Latin dance is not a long development item.Its teaching theory and practice are still very weak, children's Latin dance teaching model, training methods and other deficiencies, these deficiencies affect the improvement of children's Latin dance level.Based on the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, logic analysis, mathematical statistics and so on, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 20 teachers and 321 students in Loudi children's Latin dance training institution.Based on the investigation and further analysis of the teaching situation of children's Latin dance training institutions in Loudi, the following conclusions are drawn: first, the teaching field of children's Latin dance training institutions in Loudi is too small, and the children's Latin dance training institutions value economic benefits too much.No attention is paid to the management of teachers and students and the development of teaching. Secondly, the proportion of male and female students in the Loudi Children's Latin Dance training Institute is seriously misaligned, with more girls than boys and fewer students, short years of study for children's Latin dance, and the atmosphere of competition and examination is not very strong.This shows that the propaganda of Latin dance in Loudi is not strong enough; third, the teachers of the Latin dance training institution for children in Loudi are generally younger, have shorter teaching years, and have a low overall technical level.Lack of teaching experience and a series of problems directly affect the teaching development of children's Latin dance training institutions in Loudi. Fourthly, most of Loudi's Latin dance training institutions do not have a unified and standardized syllabus and teaching materials, and the level of teaching content.The arrangement of time is unreasonable and the teaching content is too single. Fifth, the further development of Latin dance training institutions in Loudi City should strengthen the propaganda of Latin dance and strengthen the construction of teachers.Relevant regulatory authorities should standardize the qualifications of training institutions, and training institutions should improve teaching content.
