关于培养高等民族舞蹈专业人才教育问题的探讨

【摘要】：目前,在高等民族舞蹈专业教育中面临着如何处理好四个关系的问题,即:做艺术家与做人、文化素质与专业技术、传授知识与培养学生创造力及教学与科研的关系,如何处理好这几方面的关系也即解决好这些问题,是我们高等舞蹈专业教育工作者和专家学者们面临的重要课题。只有深入地进行这方面的探讨研究,拿出较为行之有效的指导理论,也才能更好地推动高等民族院校舞蹈专业教育的发展。
[Abstract]:At present, in the higher education of ethnic dance, there are four problems to deal with, namely, the relationship between being an artist and being a man, the relationship between cultural quality and professional technology, the relationship between imparting knowledge and cultivating students' creativity, and the relationship between teaching and scientific research. How to deal with these relations is an important subject that our higher dance educators and experts are faced with. Only by deeply studying this aspect and putting out more effective guiding theory can we better promote the development of dance education in higher ethnic colleges and universities.
