四川省高校体育舞蹈方向学生教学能力影响因素的研究

【摘要】：近年来,体育舞蹈发展迅速,其中四川省体育舞蹈普及速度快,学员庞大,但整体水平有待提升。作为未来的体育舞蹈教师,高校体育舞蹈方向学生的教学能力是影响甚至是决定我国未来体育舞蹈人才培养质量的关键。由于片面重视专业技能的学习和提高,常常忽视了学生教学能力的培养。目前,四川省体育舞蹈发展形式大好,但由于高校师资力量较为薄弱,制约了四川省体育舞蹈专业性发展的广度和深度。本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,对四川省10所高校中体育舞蹈方向学生的教学能力进行了深入的探讨与分析,主要研究结果如下:1、目前四川省高校体育舞蹈学生教学能力总体情况一般。虽然教学文件齐备,但是在执行过程中,实际操作情况不理想。现阶段各个学校人才培养方案差异不大,师资力量参差不齐,学时分配不尽相同。2、部分学生的学习动机不太明确,主要表现为迟到早退现象。没有良好的学习习惯,也没有明确的学习目标,自身对教学能力的培养就不够重视。3、影响四川省高校体育舞蹈学生教学能力的因素分为主观因素和客观因素,其中主观因素包括学习动机、知识与技能掌握程度和气质类型;而客观因素包括教学氛围、教学内容、考核标准、环境因素和课外培训。4、四川省高校体育舞蹈多数学生的能力弱项集中体现在:教学设计能力中:编写教案能力较弱;教学实施能力中:编舞伴舞能力、应变能力、语言表达能力较弱;教学评价能力中:自我总结反思能力较弱;科研能力中:自学能力很弱;拓展能力中音乐制作能力较弱。
[Abstract]:In recent years, sports dance has developed rapidly, among which Sichuan sports dance popularization speed is fast, the student is huge, but the overall level needs to be improved. As a future sports dance teacher, the teaching ability of college students in the direction of sports dance is the key to influence and even determine the quality of future sports dance talents training in China. Due to the one-sided emphasis on the study and improvement of professional skills, the cultivation of students' teaching ability is often neglected. At present, the development of sports dance in Sichuan Province is very good, but because of the weakness of teachers in colleges and universities, it restricts the breadth and depth of the professional development of sports dance in Sichuan Province. Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire, field investigation, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, this paper makes a deep discussion and analysis on the teaching ability of the students in the direction of sports dance in 10 universities in Sichuan Province. The main results are as follows: 1. At present, the teaching ability of college students in Sichuan Province is general. Although the teaching document is complete, but in the execution process, the actual operation situation is not ideal. At the present stage, there are not many differences in talent training programs among schools, teachers are not uniform, the distribution of school hours is not the same, and some students' learning motivation is not clear, which mainly shows the phenomenon of being late and leaving early. Without good study habits and clear learning goals, one does not pay enough attention to the cultivation of teaching ability. The factors that affect the teaching ability of Sichuan university sports dance students can be divided into subjective factors and objective factors. The subjective factors include the learning motivation, the degree of mastery of knowledge and skills and the types of temperament, while the objective factors include the teaching atmosphere, the teaching content and the assessment standard. Environmental factors and extracurricular training. 4. The ability and weakness of most students in college sports dance in Sichuan province are mainly reflected in: the ability of teaching design: the ability of writing teaching plan is weak; the ability of teaching implementation is the ability of choreographing and dancing, the ability of adapting, The ability of language expression is weak; the ability of teaching evaluation is weak; the ability of scientific research is weak; the ability of self-study is very weak; the ability of music production is weak in the ability of expanding.
