体适能理论在幼儿舞蹈教学中应用的可行性研究

【摘要】:当下幼儿参与舞蹈活动的现象越来越普遍,由于各方面的因素,幼儿舞蹈的训练方法、训练内容以及训练强度等尚未形成科学的量化标准。针对这一现象,该文试图较全面的从幼儿舞蹈的多元性及包容性的视角出发,将体适能理论应用到幼儿舞蹈教学中,借鉴该理论对人体的科学检测标准,为解决幼儿舞蹈存在的各种量化标准问题提供相应的参考依据,从而促进幼儿舞蹈教学的科学发展。该文主要分为三大部分:第一部分是导言,从文章的选题缘由、概念界定、国内外研究现状以及创新之处四个方面进行概述。第二部分是本文的主体部分,共分为四个章节。第一章对体适能理论及其分支幼儿期体适能的相关概念和当下发展现状进行阐述。第二章采用问卷调查的方法对舞蹈教学的教学目标、教学过程、教学评价三方面做出统计分析,为后续实验操作提供参考依据。第三章论述了体适能理论与幼儿舞蹈教学的关联性与相通性,从训练原则、遵循规律、追求目标三位一体的进行具体阐述,为幼儿舞蹈教学中体适能理论的应用提供理论支撑。第四章运用实验法,采用测量与课例设计的方法,对体适能理论应用到幼儿舞蹈教学中这一论点作出可行性分析。第三部分是结语,针对体适能理论在幼儿舞蹈教学中的科学运用进行总结,体现“艺术不是技术”这一核心理念,倡导不能用技术的高难度作为评价艺术水准的唯一标准,对未来幼儿舞蹈教学的发展做出展望。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the phenomenon of children participating in dance activities is becoming more and more common. Due to various factors, the training methods, training contents and training intensity of infant dance have not yet formed a scientific quantitative standard. In view of this phenomenon, this paper tries to apply the theory of physical fitness to the teaching of infant dance from the perspective of diversity and inclusiveness of infant dance, and draw lessons from the scientific detection standard of the theory to human body. In order to solve all kinds of quantification standard problems of infant dance, it provides the corresponding reference basis, thus promotes the scientific development of infant dance teaching. This paper is divided into three main parts: the first part is the introduction, from the article selected the reason, the concept definition, the domestic and foreign research present situation as well as the innovation four aspects carries on the summary. The second part is the main part of this paper, which is divided into four chapters. The first chapter describes the theory of physical fitness and the related concepts and current development of infant fitness. In the second chapter, the author makes a statistical analysis on the teaching objectives, teaching process and teaching evaluation of dance teaching by using the method of questionnaire, which provides a reference for the follow-up experiment operation. The third chapter discusses the relevance and commonness between the theory of physical fitness and the teaching of infant dance. From the training principle, following the law and pursuing the trinity of the goal, it is expounded in detail, which provides theoretical support for the application of the theory of physical fitness in the teaching of infant dance. In the fourth chapter, the feasibility of applying the theory of physical fitness to the teaching of infant dance is analyzed by means of the method of experiment and the method of measurement and lesson design. The third part is the conclusion, which summarizes the scientific application of the theory of fitness in the teaching of infant dance, embodies the core idea of "art is not technology", and advocates that the difficulty of technology should not be used as the only standard to evaluate the artistic level. The future development of infant dance teaching is prospected.
