江苏高校舞蹈编导专业办学的现状分析与思考

【摘要】：舞蹈编导专业,是舞蹈高等教育领域中最为综合、全面的专业之一。一名优秀的舞蹈编导,不仅需要精通舞蹈编导专业的理论知识和技术方法,还需掌握如舞蹈表演、舞蹈教育、文学等其他专业领域的知识与技能。舞蹈编导专业最初在我国并没有作为一个单独的学科而存在,直到20世纪80年代,舞蹈高等教育的编导专业才在北京舞蹈学院率先建立起来。在我国开设舞蹈编导专业的一流高校中,北京舞蹈学院无疑是其中的翘楚,该专业不仅是国家级及北京市特色专业,其培养目标、教学模式等方面更是在全国具有着示范性的作用。故此,本文在对江苏高校舞蹈编导专业进行研究之前,先对北京舞蹈学院舞蹈编导专业的师资力量、课程设置、专业定位、培养目标进行了分析研究,然后带入到省内三所不同类型高校中进行对应分析,与此同时,再将编导专业融合于江苏经济、文化、教育的大背景下,探索舞蹈编导专业与江苏地域优势互补的最大可能,从而尝试着为舞蹈编导专业办学的改进提供一定的理论参考,并借此来引起更多专家学者对“江苏高校舞蹈编导专业”的关注。本文共由四个部分组成。第一章是绪论,包含选题缘起、文献综述、选题意义与创新之处、论文主要内容与研究方法。第二章以江苏高校舞蹈编导专业分布情况为切入点,分析出省内众多高校对舞蹈编导专业趋之若鹜的缘由,并对其代表性高校的培养特征进行了论述,分析、整理出江苏高校舞蹈编导专业的概况。第三章主要从课程设置、师资队伍、教学布局、学生就业等方面对江南大学、南京艺术学院、江苏师范大学这三所不同办学背景的代表性高校进行问题调查,并对江苏高校舞蹈编导专业的办学现状进行了客观理性地总结分析。第四章针对江苏高校舞蹈编导专业的现存问题,提出了本论文在课程设置与师资建设,以及学生就业方面的思考,为江苏高校舞蹈编导专业的办学,以及江苏舞蹈编导人才的培养提供部分可行性意见。
[Abstract]:Dance choreographer is one of the most comprehensive and comprehensive majors in dance higher education. An excellent choreographer not only needs to master the theoretical and technical knowledge of the choreographer, but also needs to master the knowledge and skills in other professional fields such as dance performance, dance education, literature and so on. Dance choreographer did not exist as a separate subject in China at first until 1980s the choreographer of dance higher education was first established in Beijing Dance Academy. The Beijing Dance Academy is undoubtedly one of the leading universities in China to set up a choreographer major, which is not only a national and Beijing specialty, but also a training goal. The teaching mode and so on has the demonstration function in the whole country. Therefore, before the study of dance choreographer major in Jiangsu University, this paper analyzes and studies the teaching staff, curriculum design, professional orientation and training objectives of dance choreographer major in Beijing Dance Academy. Then it is brought into three different types of colleges and universities in the province for corresponding analysis. At the same time, under the background of integrating the choreographer specialty into Jiangsu economy, culture and education, it explores the maximum possibility of complementing the regional advantages of dance choreographer and Jiangsu. Therefore, this paper tries to provide some theoretical reference for the improvement of dance choreography specialty, and thus to attract more experts and scholars to pay attention to "dance choreographer specialty in Jiangsu university". This paper consists of four parts. The first chapter is the introduction, including the origin of the topic, literature review, the significance and innovation of the topic, the main content and research methods. The second chapter takes the distribution of dance choreographers in Jiangsu universities as the breakthrough point, analyzes the reasons why many universities in the province are flocking to dance choreographers, and discusses the training characteristics of their representative colleges and universities. Collate the general situation of dance choreographer major in Jiangsu colleges and universities. The third chapter mainly investigates the problems of three representative universities, including Jiangnan University, Nanjing College of Art and Jiangsu normal University, from the aspects of curriculum, teaching staff, teaching layout and students' employment. And the author summarized and analyzed the current situation of dance choreographer in Jiangsu University objectively and rationally. In the fourth chapter, aiming at the existing problems of dance choreographer in Jiangsu universities, the author puts forward some thoughts on curriculum design and teachers' construction, as well as the students' employment in order to run a school for the dance choreographer major in Jiangsu colleges and universities. As well as Jiangsu dance choreographer personnel training to provide some feasible advice.
