民族传统体育教学中采茶舞的引入策略

【摘要】：作为我国民间歌舞艺术的一种,采茶舞在传统艺术文化传承过程中扮演着重要的角色,广泛流传于南方盛产茶叶地域,采茶舞演绎出了种茶人辛勤劳作的场景与采茶人愉悦收获茶叶景象。广西桂东南区域的采茶舞生动形象表现出了地域文化特色,并将淳朴的乡民风情以及民族习俗展现出来。将民族传统文化艺术贯穿到高等院校教育教学中有助于传承并发扬我国民族文化艺术与发展传统体育活动。广西桂东南区域的采茶舞是传统舞蹈艺术,与高校体育教学和民族文化教学以及传统舞蹈教学等息息相关,深入探讨传统艺术采茶舞有助于发展高校体育、传统舞蹈等学科教学。
[Abstract]:As a kind of folk singing and dancing art in our country, tea picking dance plays an important role in the process of inheriting the traditional art and culture, and it is widely spread in the tea-rich areas of the South. Tea-picking dance deduces the scene of tea-grower 's hard work and the scene of tea picker's delightful harvest of tea. The tea-picking dance in the southeast of Guangxi shows the regional cultural characteristics and the simple customs and customs of the villagers. It is helpful to inherit and develop the national culture and art and to develop the traditional sports activities through the national traditional culture and art in colleges and universities.
