龙山县少儿拉丁舞社会培训机构办学研究

【摘要】：为了了解龙山县少儿拉丁舞社会培训机构办学的情况,本文以龙山县少儿拉丁舞社会培训机构为研究对象,运用文献资料法、实地考察法和访谈法等研究方法,调查分析了龙山县少儿拉丁舞社会培训机构的办学目标与资质、场地与设施、办学规模、师资队伍、办学经费、办学组织机构设计和办学管理等办学要素,总结了龙山县少儿拉丁舞社会培训机构办学目前存在的主要问题,并对如何优化现状提出了相应的对策。结合龙山县少儿拉丁舞社会培训机构办学现状,发现存在以下问题:一是龙山县少儿拉丁舞社会培训机构主管部门不力,大部分培训机构不具备办学的资质;二是场地的分布不合理,办学设施不完善;三是培训机构办学的师资水平薄弱,许多教师文化水平低,专业能力不高;四是办学资金投入不足,少儿拉丁舞社会培训机构的设施不能进行改进,教学环境得不到改善;五是培训机构的办学管理制度不完善。优化龙山县少儿拉丁舞培训机构的办学,要注意如下对策:一是加强政府相关部门对少儿拉丁舞社会培训机构的监管,依法办学;二是合理对话龙山县少儿拉丁舞社会培训机构的场地分布,加强基础设施的建设;三是重视办学的师资队伍,增强师资力量;四是建立完善管理体制,规范管理制度,规范管理形式。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the running situation of social training institution for children's Latin dance in Longshan County, this paper takes the social training institution of children's Latin dance in Longshan County as the research object, using the methods of literature, field investigation and interview, etc. This paper investigates and analyzes the educational objectives and qualifications, the site and facilities, the scale of running a school, the teaching staff, the running fund, the design and management of a school organization, and so on, of the Latin Dance Social training Institution for Children in Longshan County. This paper summarizes the main problems existing in the running of Latin dance social training institutions for children in Longshan County, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures on how to optimize the present situation. In combination with the present situation of the social training institution for children's Latin dance in Longshan County, the following problems are found: first, the competent department of the social training institution for children's Latin dance in Longshan County is weak, and most of the training institutions do not possess the qualification of running a school; Second, the distribution of venues is unreasonable and the facilities for running schools are not perfect; third, the level of teachers in training institutions is weak, many teachers have a low level of education, and their professional abilities are not high; fourth, the investment in running schools is insufficient. Children's Latin dance social training institutions can not improve the facilities, teaching environment can not be improved; fifthly, the school management system of the training institutions is not perfect. To optimize the running of Latin dance training institutions for children in Longshan County, we should pay attention to the following countermeasures: first, strengthen the supervision of social training institutions for children's Latin dance by relevant government departments and run schools in accordance with the law; Second, reasonable dialogue on the venue distribution of Latin dance social training institutions for children in Longshan County, strengthening the construction of infrastructure; third, attaching importance to the teaching staff for running schools and strengthening the teaching staff; fourth, establishing and perfecting the management system and standardizing the management system. Standardize the form of management.
