“舞之必修”—论舞蹈中的松弛之道

【摘要】:舞蹈可以说是一门运动,生命的本质也在于运动,而松弛的舞蹈运行是需要长期有效的训练才能达到的一种艺术习惯。正确地认识、理解和运用好松驰,对于动作的稳定、技术的完成、素质能力和艺术表现力等方面的提高有着十分重要的意义,是师生在教学和训练中首先应重视的问题。本课题从“松弛”一词出发,核心围绕着“松”来分析与思考舞蹈运动的共性与追求。“松弛”一词对于任何艺术来说,可以说都是练习时的第一课,它不只是一种身心状态的表现,更主要的是一种劲法,它蓄含在舞动之中,运转在动作之间,无始无终,是一种心中的清醒警觉,是肢体坚韧弹力的状态。在舞蹈领域,只要能达到一定艺术水平的舞者,其身体“松”的意识始终都能有较好的体现,因为人在松弛的状态下做出的动作才会产生各种转换的可能。松,可以是一种能力,也可以是一种艺术境界。松弛,它不是语文中的一般词汇,说说就能明白词意了,而是一种身心在舞蹈动作中不断磨炼所产生的感受,只有在长期的实践过程中,才能逐渐领悟到这种状态的切实感受。由于一般人的任何活动都是需要用肢体局部用力作为动力的,所以不可能是处于彻底放松的状态。舞蹈的松弛,是需要开发的,可以说是一种不断自悟自省的修炼过程,是一种不断修复身心功能的舞学境界。
[Abstract]:Dance can be said to be a sport, the essence of life is also movement, and the relaxation of dance operation is a long and effective training to achieve an artistic habit. The correct understanding, understanding and application of relaxation is of great significance to the stability of movement, the completion of technology, the improvement of quality and ability, and artistic expressiveness, etc. It is a problem that teachers and students should pay attention to first in teaching and training. Starting from the word "relaxation", the core of this subject is to analyze and think about the commonness and pursuit of dance movement around "loose". To any art, the word "relaxation" is the first lesson in practice. It is not only a manifestation of the state of mind and body, but also a method of exertion. Is a conscious mind, is a state of physical resilience. In the field of dance, as long as the dancer can reach a certain level of art, his body "loose" consciousness can always be better reflected, because people in a relaxed state of action will produce a variety of possible changes. Loose, can be a kind of ability, also can be a kind of artistic realm. Relaxation, it is not a general vocabulary in Chinese, it can understand the meaning of words, but a kind of body and mind in the dance movements of the feeling produced by constant practice, only in the long practice process, can gradually understand this state of the real feeling. Since any activity of the average person needs to be driven by local force, it is impossible to be completely relaxed. The relaxation of dance needs to be developed. It can be said that it is a process of introspection and a state of dance which constantly restores the function of body and mind.
