我国优秀拉丁舞选手引带技术能力及其训练的研究

【摘要】：拉丁舞包括桑巴、恰恰恰、伦巴、斗牛和牛仔五个舞种,是体育舞蹈的一个重要组成部分,这个项目热情动感、风格突出,使舞者能够尽情投入到音乐中。拉丁舞的魅力在于,它将形体美、服饰美、音乐美、力量和速度等因素完美地结合在一起。从技术角度讲,拉丁舞的动作结构复杂,强调身体的曲线、臀部的动作、躯干的扭转以及重心的变化；同时,拉丁舞的动作大多具有很强的力度、爆发性、和迅捷的特点。体育舞蹈是在双人配合下完成的体育运动,选手之间的配合默契程度起着至关重要的作用,并且这种配合是主动与相对主动的关系,即男选手起到引带的作用,所以引带技术能力的培养与训练是决定选手彼此间默契表现的核心。 本论采用问卷调查、专家访谈、文献资料、数理统计等研究方法,以我国优秀拉丁舞选手的引带技术能力及其训练为研究对象,通过对专家,优秀运动员的访谈和问卷调查,分析我国优秀拉丁舞选手引带技术能力的主要特点,提出相适应的训练方法手段,以进一步完善拉丁舞技术理论的研究。 研究结果如下： 1)拉丁舞动作要素归纳为空间要素、姿态要素、力度要素、节奏要素、流畅要素和时间要素。专家对拉丁舞动作构成要素的整体认可度较高,其中认可度最高的要素是姿态要素。 2)拉丁舞的基本技法主要包括舞蹈姿态、姿势平衡技术、运动方位与方向技术、足部动作技术、重心移动技术、引带技术。 3)拉丁舞引带动作因素分析归纳为身体引带、移动重心引带、手的引带、音乐节奏引带、眼神引带和情感引带。专家对拉丁舞引带技术构成因素的整体认可度较高,其中认可度最高的要素是引动重心引带因素和手的引带因素。 4)优秀拉丁舞选手对引带技术构成因素的重视度评价中,对身体引带、移动重心引带和手的引带的整体重视度要高于音乐节奏引带、眼神引带和情感引带。动作技术层面的引带,更加直观也更容易掌握,可以通过长期的反复的训练得以实现；而感情层面的引带则需要结合选手的训练体会、知识结构以及个性特点。 5)优秀选手引带技术影响因素的自身满意度评价中,整体满意度均不高。在较不满意和很不满意的评价中,身体形态、肌肉控制能力、动作技能储备、身体素质和心理品质的较不满意度分别为6.38%、4.26%、2.13%、4.26%和2.08%。
[Abstract]:The Latin dance, which includes samba, Cha, rumba, bullfighting and cowboys, is an important part of sports dance. The project is passionate and stylish, allowing dancers to indulge in music. The beauty of Latin dance lies in its perfect combination of body beauty, dress beauty, musical beauty, strength and speed. From a technical point of view, the Latin dance has a complex structure, emphasizing the curve of the body, the action of the buttocks, the torsion of the trunk and the change of the center of gravity. At the same time, most of the movements of the Latin dance have the characteristics of strong strength, explosive and swift. Sports dance is a sport completed under the cooperation of two pairs. The level of cooperation between players plays a vital role, and this cooperation is a relationship between initiative and relative initiative, that is, male players play a leading role. Therefore, the training and training of leading technical ability is the core of the tacit understanding between players. Based on questionnaire survey, interview with experts, literature, mathematical statistics and other research methods, this paper takes the leading technical ability and its training of excellent Latin dancers in China as the research object, through interviews and questionnaires to experts and elite athletes. This paper analyzes the main characteristics of the leading technical ability of the elite Latin dancers in China, and puts forward suitable training methods and means to further improve the research on the technical theory of Latin dance. The results are as follows: 1) Latin dance action elements are summarized into space, posture, dynamics, rhythm, fluency and time. Experts have a higher overall recognition of the Latin dance movement elements, among which the highest recognition factor is the posture factor. 2) the basic techniques of Latin dance mainly include dance posture, posture balance, motion orientation and direction, foot movement, center of gravity movement and belt drawing. 3) the analysis of the action factors of Latin dance lead belt can be divided into body belt, moving center of gravity belt, hand belt, music rhythm belt, eye belt and emotion belt. Experts have a higher overall recognition of Latin dance lead belt technology, among which the highest recognition factor is the lead belt factor of the center of gravity and the lead band factor of the hand. 4) in the evaluation of the importance of the leading technical factors to the excellent Latin dancers, the overall importance of the body belt, the moving center of gravity belt and the hand lead band is higher than that of the music rhythm lead band, the eye lead band and the emotion lead band. The belt of action technology is more intuitive and easier to grasp, and can be realized through long-term repeated training; the emotional level of the lead band needs to combine the training experience, knowledge structure and personality characteristics of the players. 5) the overall satisfaction is not high in the evaluation of the influencing factors of the leading technology of the excellent contestants. In the dissatisfactory and very unsatisfactory evaluation, the dissatisfactory rates of body form, muscle control ability, motor skill reserve, physical quality and psychological quality were 6.38 and 4.26% and 2.08%, respectively.
