台湾高等舞蹈专业教育发展之研究

【摘要】: 21世纪,科学技术多么先进,人类精神生活与素质提升有其不可替代之独立性。舞蹈教育具追求真、善、美之功能,颇契合全民教育发展价值,惟发展之各层面问题亟需关注。台湾地区在高等舞蹈专业教育之发展方面,由最初体育主导转向美育挂帅,舞蹈专业教育之良性发展与转变,将促使高等舞蹈教育迈向新境界。 本文之研究,主要目的在探讨台湾高等舞蹈专业教育发展,首先在文献方面进行阐释。梳理出舞蹈教育为一门由教育学、艺术教育学与舞蹈学组成的独立学科,并对舞蹈教育之定位、目的、功能与价值做一合理分析。其次,提出舞蹈教育理论基础之科学与美学观点,从生物学、心理学、人类学、社会学、教育学与中西美学加以论证。再者,对台湾高等舞蹈专业教育问题进行讨论,并研提可行之对策与新模式方向,兼采文献分析法与深度访谈法,择定六所大学校院舞蹈科系八位学者为访谈对象,历经数据处理与研析,了解各系所面临的问题,主要彰显在高等舞蹈专业教育转型后之师资结构、课程特色,学生发展与教育政策方面。 本质上,高等舞蹈专业教育发展之转变,归纳有师资学历提升、跨舞蹈领域师资增加、外籍师资交流频繁之状况、理论课程走向科技发展、非主流舞蹈课程增加、系所专业发展特色较明确、学生舞蹈素质提升、学生参与国际交流表演机会增加、学生进修比例提升、系所成长快速、开创七年制舞蹈教育学制、增加教育学程课程、多元化人才培育理念提升与增强第二专长理念等项。其次,台湾高等舞蹈专业教育发展之问题,呈现理论专业师资不足、教师进修不易、教师负担增加、课程发展受制于师资、特色营造尚可努力、专业教材研发不足、专业认证制度尚待建立、学生理论人文素养亟待提升、就业市场相对狭隘、修习教程旷日费时、招生策略有待改善、私校招生愈形困难、舞蹈观众缺乏拓展与经费补助渐减等项。再者,探讨台湾高等舞蹈专业教育之对策,诸如政策方面应修定适合公私立大学之师资进修办法、制定提升师资研究办法,应了解师资确切需求、以团队研究方式提升研究质量与整合各校系所聘请国际师资、弹性调整课程设计、教学方针朝向舞蹈相关研究发展、建构舞蹈系所专业特色、课程设计秉持科际整合理念、建构系统化之专业认证单位与专业教材智库、理论与实务及学科与术科兼顾之概念、建立辅系或增加第二专长制度、持续延聘国际顶尖师资、加强国际跨校系交流演出、逐步落实产学合作、校内设立就业辅导中心、推动中小学人文艺术之舞蹈课程、推动基础教育,强化社会欣赏风气、适当办理联合招生说明会,展现各校特色与发展方向、私校招生宜营造有利条件,建立产官学合作、重视舞蹈教育政策,考虑市场机制、重视舞蹈艺术文化,调整经费补助方式与落实终身学习,提升舞蹈艺术推广之宽度与深度等项。探讨构建台湾高等舞蹈专业教育之新模式,本文研提方向建立在(1)树立正确的舞蹈教育指导思想;(2)确立明确的舞蹈教育目标;(3)建立高水平的舞蹈教育课程;(4)建立合理的舞蹈教育整体架构;(5)健全妥适的管理机制;(6)构建台湾高等舞蹈专业教育新模式应具有多元化、大众化、民主化、普及化、多样化、多层次、系统化、科技化、现代化、自由化及国际化等特质。 本文之研究,最后提出建议,吁请主管当局重视高等舞蹈专业教育之多样与多变、量变与质变、架构健全的舞蹈教育理论体系,贯彻全人教育,推动舞蹈教育全面质量,加强产业合作补足可用资源。
[Abstract]:In the 21 st century, how advanced the science and technology, the human spirit life and the quality improvement have its irreplaceable independence. The pursuit of the function of truth, good and beauty in dance education is in good agreement with the development value of education for all, but there is an urgent need to pay attention to the problems of development. In the aspect of the development of higher dance professional education, the positive development and transformation of the primary sports-led to aesthetic education, and the professional education of dance will promote the advanced dance education to a new state. The main purpose of this study is to probe into the development of higher dance professional education in Taiwan. The study of dance education is an independent subject which consists of pedagogy, art education and dance, and makes a combination of the location, purpose, function and value of dance education. Secondly, the author puts forward the scientific and aesthetic view of the theoretical foundation of the dance education, from the perspective of biology, psychology, anthropology, sociology, pedagogy and the Chinese and western aesthetics. In this paper, the author discusses the educational problems of the high-level dance in Taiwan, and puts forward the feasible countermeasures and the new mode direction, and the literature analysis method and the depth interview method. The eight scholars in the dance department of the six major schools are the subject of the interview, and the data processing is carried out. On the basis of the research and analysis of the problems faced by the system, the teacher structure, the course characteristics, the students' development and the education administration after the transformation of the higher dance professional education are mainly manifested. On the other hand, in essence, the transition of the development of higher dance professional education has led to the improvement of the teacher's degree, the increase of the teachers in the field of cross-dance, the frequent exchange of the foreign teachers, the trend of the theoretical course to the development of science and technology, the increase of the non-mainstream dance courses, and the specialty of the system. The development features are clear, the students' dance quality is improved, the students' participation in the international exchange performance opportunity is increased, the proportion of the students' training is improved, the system is fast, the system of the seven-year system of the dance education system is opened, the education course is increased, the cultivation of the multi-diversity talents is promoted and enhanced, Second, the problem of the development of higher dance professional education in Taiwan, the shortage of the theoretical professional teachers, the difficulty of the teacher's continuing education, the increase of the burden of teachers, the development of the curriculum is limited by the teachers and the characteristics, the development of the professional teaching materials is insufficient, and the professional recognition The system has yet to be established. The students' theoretical humanity quality needs to be improved, the employment market is relatively narrow, the study course is time-consuming, the enrollment strategy is to be improved, the more difficult the enrollment of the private school is, and the lack of expansion and passage of the dance audience In addition, it is necessary to study the countermeasures of the higher dance professional education in Taiwan, such as the improvement of the methods of the teacher training for public and private universities, and the development of the method of improving the teacher's research. To solve the exact requirements of the teachers, to improve the research quality and the international teachers, the elastic adjustment course design and the teaching policy towards the development of the dance-related research, and to construct the specialty of the dance department and the curriculum design. To construct a systematic and systematic professional certification unit and a professional teaching material think tank, to set up an auxiliary system or to increase the second area of expertise, to continue to recruit international leading teachers and to strengthen the international cross-school system to exchange performance, on a case-by-case basis. Step up the production and learning cooperation, set up the employment counseling center in the school, promote the dance course of the humanities and art of the primary and secondary schools, promote the basic education, strengthen the social appreciation atmosphere, properly handle the joint enrollment instruction, and show the characteristics and the development direction of each school, and create favorable conditions for the enrollment of the private school. In order to promote the promotion of dance art, we should set up the cooperation of production officers, pay more attention to the dance education policy, take into account the market mechanism, attach importance to the dance art culture, adjust the way of financial support and implement the lifelong learning, and promote the promotion of the dance art. The article discusses the construction of the new model of the professional education of higher dance in Taiwan. In this paper, the guiding ideology of dance education is set up in (1). (2) The goal of clear dance education is established; and (3) a high level is established. (4) To establish a reasonable overall structure of dance education; (5) to perfect the proper management mechanism; and (6) to build a new model of higher dance professional education in Taiwan, which should be diversified, popular, democratic, universal, diversified, multi-level and systematic. Technology, Modernization and Liberalization In this paper, the author puts forward some suggestions, and calls on the competent authorities to pay more attention to the diversity and the changeful, quantitative and qualitative change of the higher dance professional education, to construct a perfect system of dance education, to carry out the whole-person education and to promote the overall quality of the dance education.
