山东省高校艺术类专业(体育舞蹈方向)人才培养现状的调查研究

【摘要】:体育舞蹈是一项体育运动与舞蹈艺术完美融合的运动项目。1987年国家教委首次批准在全国部分高等体育学院及高等师范院校招收体育舞蹈方向的人才。2005年,山东省教育厅下发的《山东省2006年普通高等学校艺术类专业招生工作实施方案》中首次把体育舞蹈列入普通高考艺术类招生中。截至2016年,包括两所高校在内,山东省设立艺术类专业(体育舞蹈方向)的高校共有9所。伴随着体育舞蹈在高等院校的快速发展,探讨建设小康社会背景下山东省体育舞蹈人才的培养问题对体育舞蹈事业的发展具有重要的意义。本研究采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法对山东师范大学、山东体育学院、曲阜师范大学、临沂大学、滨州学院、潍坊学院、枣庄学院、泰山学院、菏泽学院共9所院校体育舞蹈专业方向的人才培养情况进行了调查,以期了解山东省高校体育舞蹈人才培养情况和存在的缺陷与不足,找出目该专业方向人才培养现状与现实需求的差距,为山东省高校体育舞蹈人才的培养提出合理化的建议,为山东省高校体育舞蹈专业方向的教学改革和发展提供理论上的支持。研究结果表明:1、山东省艺术类专业体育舞蹈方向的承担院系以体育学院为主、专业归属主要为舞蹈学与舞蹈表演,以艺术文招生为主,招生存在不稳定性、态势呈“驼峰型”;山东省体育舞蹈方向研究生人数较少,高等院校增设本科招生计划增量不明显。2、山东省高校艺术类专业(体育舞蹈方向)学生文化成绩范围在300-350分,仅有少部分学生掌握国际标准舞十项技术,生源招收比例不协调,舞伴间性别比例失衡,比赛参与度与获取相关资质证书率不高,毕业生整体就业率较高,但就业方向与专业匹配度较低,多数学生职业规划模糊,缺乏择业引导。3、山东省高校艺术类专业(体育舞蹈方向)教师以男性居多,授课方式以单人为主,年龄范围在青、中青年阶段,普遍具有高学历且具备较高体育舞蹈理论与技术能力,但缺乏教授职称的教师,各院校重视在职教育,但教师科研成果整体较少。4、山东省高校艺术类专业人才培养的影响因素主要包括经费的保障、教师业务能力以及软、硬件设施三个方面。教材及教学大纲没有统一的规范,一般教材与电化教材实际使用率较低;各院校学时与学分以及课程结构与内容的设置自主性较强且各具特色,但设置比例不协调且靶向性较差;各院校均配备专业教学场地及配套设施设备,但满意度不高;学期考核以理论与技术评价为主,对学生学习的态度与能力的审视较少。5、山东省高校艺术类专业人才培养应保障院校招生质量,严格控制性别招收比例;树立正确价值观念;加强师资队伍建设,施行双人配合教学,增加教师在岗培训机会;完善教育教学资源,统一教材并规范课程标准,提高电化教材的使用率,改善场地设施条件;优化课程设置与评价,完善教学内容、方法、手段与考核评价体系改革;加强领导重视程度,保障经费投入。
[Abstract]:The sports dance is a sports project which is a perfect combination of sports and dance art. In 1987, the State Education Committee approved the first time in the National High-level Sports College and the higher normal colleges to recruit the talents in the direction of physical and dance. In 2005, The first time that the sports dance is included in the ordinary college entrance examination and art class enrollment in Shandong Provincial Department of Education issued by the Education Department of Shandong Province in 2006. As of 2016, there are 9 colleges and universities, including two colleges and universities, which set up an art professional (sports dance direction) in Shandong Province. With the rapid development of sports dance in colleges and universities, it is of great significance to study the development of sports dance in Shandong Province under the background of building a well-off society. This study adopts the methods of documentation, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, and logic analysis to Shandong Normal University, Shandong Institute of Physical Education, Qufu Normal University, Linfu University, Binzhou College, Jiefang College, Zaozhuang College and Taishan College. In order to find out the gap between the current situation of the talent training and the actual demand in the professional direction, the paper has carried on the investigation on the training of the students in the major direction of the sports dance in the nine colleges and universities in the university, with a view to understanding the talent training of the sports and dance in the university of Shandong Province and the defects and shortcomings, and to find out the gap between the current situation of the talent cultivation In order to provide theoretical support for the teaching reform and development of the college sports dance in Shandong Province, the author puts forward the rational suggestion for the training of the sports and dance talents in colleges and universities in Shandong Province. The results of the research show that:1. The main part of the sports dance in the art of Shandong Province is the sports college, and the major of the major is the dance and dance performance, with the enrollment of the art language as the main, the enrollment is unstable, and the situation is in the "hump type"; In Shandong Province, the number of graduate students in the direction of sports dance is relatively small, and the increment of the additional undergraduate enrollment plan is not obvious in the higher education institutions.2. The range of the students' cultural achievements in the art of higher education in Shandong Province (the direction of sports dance) is between 300 and 350, and only a small part of the students have mastered the ten techniques of the international standard dance. The enrollment proportion of the students is not coordinated, the proportion of the sex proportion among the partners is not balanced, the participation of the competition and the acquisition of the relevant qualification certificates are not high, the overall employment rate of the graduates is high, but the employment direction and the professional matching degree are low, the professional planning of the majority of the students is fuzzy, and the career selection guidance is lacking. In that middle and middle-aged stage, there is a high degree of education and high physical dance theory and technical ability, but there is a lack of the teacher with the title of the professor. The education of the in-service education is attached to each institution, but the overall number of the teachers' scientific research results is relatively small. The factors of the talent training of the art class in the universities in Shandong province mainly include the guarantee of the funds, the teachers' operational ability and the soft and hardware facilities. There is no unified standard in the teaching materials and the syllabus, the actual usage rate of the general teaching material and the electric teaching material is low, the setting of the school hours and credits and the curriculum structure and content is strong and unique, but the setting proportion is not coordinated and the targeting property is poor; All colleges and universities are equipped with professional teaching site and supporting facilities, but the degree of satisfaction is not high; the term assessment is based on the theory and technical evaluation, and the examination of the attitude and ability of the students is less. To strictly control the proportion of gender recruitment; to set up the correct values; to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, to carry out double-person cooperation and to increase the training opportunities for teachers; to improve the teaching resources of education, to unify the teaching materials and to standardize the curriculum standards, to improve the utilization rate of the teaching materials and to improve the conditions of the site facilities; To optimize the setting and evaluation of the course, to perfect the reform of the teaching content, the method, the means and the evaluation and evaluation system; to strengthen the level of leadership and to guarantee the input of the funds.
