坚持以人为本推进普通高校艺术教育新发展
[Abstract]:Art education is not only an important part of higher education, but also an indispensable part of national education. Since the reform and opening up, our country university art education has obtained the important achievement. In order to achieve a new development in the new historical starting point, the art education in colleges and universities must adhere to the people-oriented, take educating people as the center, focus on the healthy development, fair development, all-round development and harmonious development of human beings, and set up the correct idea. Learn from the historical experience, take positive measures to continuously improve the scientific level of art education.
