艺术教育，高校教师的精神家园

【摘要】：当前,高校教师的生存质量问题已引起社会广泛关注。随着科学技术的发展和心理科学研究的不断深入,艺术教育的作用已得到彰显。但到目前为止,从理论上系统研究艺术教育对于改善高校教师的生存质量问题的成果尚未见到。正是基于此,本文通过调查访谈等方式,在有充分的信息资料的基础上,对高校教师的生存质量的现状作了较全面的分析,对艺术教育在改善高校教师生存质量的价值进行了初步探讨。本文围绕艺术教育的价值,在分析调查、对策研究和实施途径等方面进行了较为系统的研究,以期对改善高校教师的生存质量提供有效建议。本课题主要包括以下三个部分: 第一部分,高校教师生存质量调查及成因分析。第二部分,重点探讨艺术教育对于高校教师的感性的丰富性,发展他们的潜力,促进个性与社会性的协调、人与自然的和谐、以及高校教师身心和和谐发展方面具有无可争辩的意义。第三部分,探讨高校教师艺术教育的目标、实施艺术教育的主要途径及在实施艺术教育的过程中应注意的几个问题。本文的主要观点是,艺术教育对于改善高校教师的生存质量,促进“以人为本”的教育教学改革有着独特的意义。
[Abstract]:At present, the quality of life of teachers in colleges and universities has been widely concerned by the society. With the development of science and technology and the deepening of psychological research, the role of art education has been highlighted. But up to now, the achievements of systematic research on art education to improve the quality of life of college teachers have not been seen. Based on this, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the quality of life of teachers in colleges and universities by means of investigation and interview, on the basis of sufficient information and information, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the quality of life of teachers in colleges and universities. This paper discusses the value of art education in improving the quality of life of teachers in colleges and universities. Based on the value of art education, this paper makes a systematic study on the analysis and investigation, countermeasures and ways of implementation, with a view to providing effective suggestions for improving the quality of life of teachers in colleges and universities. This topic mainly includes the following three parts: the first part, college teachers' quality of life investigation and cause analysis. The second part focuses on the richness of art education for teachers in colleges and universities, the development of their potential, the promotion of personality and social harmony, and the harmony between man and nature. There is indisputable significance in the aspects of physical and mental development and harmonious development of teachers in colleges and universities. The third part discusses the goal of art education of teachers in colleges and universities, the main ways to implement art education and some problems that should be paid attention to in the process of implementing art education. The main point of view of this paper is that art education is of special significance for improving the quality of life of college teachers and promoting the reform of "people-oriented" education and teaching.
