“超设计”:大众文化背景下的上海双年展研究

【摘要】: 当代大众文化改变了我们的私人生活空间和社会生活空间,影响着当今的经济、政治、文化和社会形态。在这种背景下发生成长的当代艺术展,折射着当代都市精神生活和大众文化的种种特征。与西方成熟的当代艺术发展状况不同,中国各地双(三)年展才刚刚兴起,不过迅速成为了中国当代都市文化构建中不可缺少的一道风景线,引起大众媒介、政府、资本、研究学者等各方面的广泛关注。 本论文选取上海双年展为主要研究对象,在相关历史文献资料整理与归纳的基础上,通过文献分析、文本分析、实地调查、比较研究的人文社会科学研究方法,试图将之放置于大众文化兴起的社会背景下,剖析上海双年展的呈现内容、发生模式和组织形式,并通过与国际相关个案的对比,发现其艺术生产的方式与环境的异同,为未来中国的都市文化实践,特别是上海双年展的继续发展,提供一些有益的探索与思考。
[Abstract]:Contemporary mass culture has changed our private life space and social life space, affecting today's economic, political, cultural and social patterns. Under this background, the exhibition of contemporary art reflects the characteristics of contemporary urban spiritual life and popular culture. Different from the mature development of contemporary art in the West, the double (3) Annual Exhibition in various parts of China has only just emerged, but it has quickly become an indispensable landscape in the construction of Chinese contemporary urban culture, causing mass media, government, and capital. Research scholars and other aspects of extensive concern. This paper selects Shanghai Biennale as the main research object, on the basis of sorting out and summarizing the relevant historical documents, through the literature analysis, text analysis, field investigation, comparative research of humanities and social sciences research methods, This paper tries to place it in the social background of the rise of mass culture, analyzes the presentation content, occurrence mode and organization form of Shanghai Biennale, and finds out the similarities and differences in the way and environment of its artistic production by comparing it with the relevant international cases. It provides some useful exploration and thinking for the future practice of urban culture in China, especially for the continuous development of Shanghai Biennale.
