台湾工艺产业发展模式研究

【摘要】： 全球文化创意产业的新型经济正在如火如荼的发展之中,如何应对新经济的挑战,发展文化创意产业是摆在各国政府面前的课题。中国大陆积极应对挑战,多年来文化建设已经取得了不小的成果。然而,中国大陆的文化创意产业起步较晚,还存在政策扶持力度、全民普及教育、文化内涵深度思考不足等等问题。我国台湾地区在这些方面做出了积极有效的尝试。台湾的文化是中国大陆母土文化的延伸,在台湾,从官方、业界、学界到民间,大家不仅形成了保护传统文化、提升全民文化素质的普遍共识,而且在发展文化创意产业过程中也积累了不少经验。本文研究对象是台湾文化创意产业中的核心产业——工艺产业,台湾工艺产业的发展模式就是台湾文化创意产业发展模式的一个缩影。参考台湾模式的经验,中国大陆发展文化创意产业,必须加大政策扶持力度,加强法律规范;要全方位、多维度地保护传统文化,建立让传统文化回归民间的长效机制,合理地保护和开发地方特色文化;要注重培养创新能力的人才,以现代理念重塑传统文化,同时加强两岸创意人才的交流与合作;发展文化创意产业的目的,是为了让传统文化回归大众,提升全体公民的文化内涵,真正实现振兴中华民族的伟大梦想。
[Abstract]:The new economy of the global cultural and creative industries is developing in full swing. How to meet the challenges of the new economy and how to develop the cultural and creative industries is a task facing the governments of all countries. Over the years, cultural construction has made great achievements. However, the cultural and creative industries in mainland China started relatively late, there are still some problems, such as policy support, popular education for the whole people, insufficient deep thinking on cultural connotation, and so on. Taiwan has made a positive and effective attempt in these aspects. Taiwan's culture is an extension of mainland China's mother culture, in Taiwan, from the official, the industry, the academic community to the folk. We have not only formed a general consensus on protecting traditional culture and improving the cultural quality of the whole people. And also accumulated a lot of experience in the process of the development of cultural and creative industries. The object of this study is the core industry of Taiwan's cultural and creative industries-craft industry. The development model of Taiwan's craft industry is a microcosm of Taiwan's cultural and creative industry. Referring to the experience of Taiwan model, it is necessary to strengthen policy support and strengthen legal norms for the development of cultural and creative industries in mainland China. It is necessary to protect traditional culture in all directions and dimensions, establish a long-term mechanism to let traditional culture return to folk, and rationally protect and develop local characteristic culture. We should pay attention to cultivating talents with innovative ability, remoulding traditional culture with modern ideas, and strengthening the exchange and cooperation of creative talents between the two sides of the strait; The purpose of developing cultural and creative industry is to let the traditional culture return to the public, enhance the cultural connotation of all citizens, and realize the great dream of revitalizing the Chinese nation.
