【摘要】：正三年多前,在北京友谊宾馆召开国家艺术基金成立的通气会,那时国家艺术基金第一次走入公众视线,还只是一个陌生的概念、仿佛一张虚构的图纸。然而经过国家艺术基金三年扎扎实实的工作,其形象和职责日渐清晰,深深地扎进广大艺术工作者心中,成为指挥创作生产的重要指针和标尺。三年来,我有幸作为国家艺术基金的见证者、记录者和"受益者",伴随着它的成长——见证着,文化艺术领域一项伟大的体制机制创新,从摸索到成熟;记录着,国家艺术基金的创新理念和举措;说是"受益
[Abstract]:Just over three years ago, at the Traveller Friendship Hostel in Beijing, when the National Art Foundation was set up, it was the first time that the National Art Fund was in the public eye.
