【摘要】：正2016年12月11日,上海大学上海美术学院正式成立。中国文联副主席、中国美协副主席冯远受聘出任上海美术学院院长。上海美术学院是在上海市委、市政府的关心下,以新的体制机制成立的、具有相对独立办学自主权的二级学院,是上海大学综合改革、高水平大学建设进程中的重要举措。冯远在成立大会的讲话中指出,上海是现代中国文化事业的策源之地,也是中国现代美术教育的造势之地与当代中国国际文化传播的重心所在,聚集了丰厚的历史文脉,会聚了大批的精英,他们为数十年来上海乃至全国的文化艺术建设作出了重要贡献。上海完全有能力也有实力办好
