形意和合的散文汉英翻译策略与实践

【摘要】：翻译实践应掌握原作的思想和风格,数量和表现形式上不要求目的语等同于原语,但在内容方面要保持与原语一致。直译强调必须忠实于原文,但不可逐字翻译。意译要求译文自然流畅,但不拘泥于形式的对等。合格的翻译需要直译和意译的结合,即为形意结合。
[Abstract]:The translation practice should master the thought and style of the original work, the quantity and the form of expression should not require the target language to be equal to the original language, but should be consistent with the original language in terms of content.Literal translation stresses the need to be faithful to the original text, but not to word for word translation.Free translation requires that the translation be naturally smooth, but not tied to formal equivalence.Qualified translation requires the combination of literal translation and free translation, that is, the combination of form and meaning.
