操纵论指导下《西游记》詹纳尔译本和余国藩译本的对比研究

《西游记》作为中国四大名著之一,深受海内外读者的喜爱。其内容为唐三藏率领三个徒弟向西天取经。整个故事情节惊险刺激,穿插佛、释、道三家真理,具有极强的趣味性。目前,《西游记》已被翻译成了多国语言并风靡全球。其英译本多为节译与选译,仅有詹纳尔译本（以下简称詹译）和余国藩译本（以下简称余译）是《西游记》全译本。本文尝试通过在操纵论指导下对比研究《西游记》的詹译本和余译本这两个全译本,希望能为《西游记》的英译研究尽绵薄之力,为后来研究者提供一定的借鉴。本篇论文在操纵论的指导下,分别从操纵论三因素:意识形态、诗学和赞助者三个方面对比研究了《西游记》的詹纳尔译本和余国藩译本。论文认为:在意识形态的操纵下,詹译本与余译本主要存在两个差异:第一、詹氏文化删略VS余氏文化补充;第二、詹氏的归化策略VS余氏异化策略。在诗学的操纵下,詹译本与余译本主要存在两个差异:第一、詹氏保留原双关修辞的幽默效果VS余氏仅传达原双关修辞本意;第二、詹氏舍弃原诗音韵美,仅传达其本意VS余氏既保留原诗音韵美又传达其本意。在赞助人的操纵下,詹译本与余译本主要存在两个差异:第一、詹氏用口语替换原文本书面语VS余氏保留原文本书面语...
