试论戏剧舞台监督作用的有效发挥

【摘要】：正戏剧舞台演出是一门高度综合性的艺术,经过数代人坚持不断的探索实践,传统戏剧艺术事业在不断地改革创新中得到全面发展。特别是新时期以来,先进的舞台理念与设备进入戏剧舞台,声光电技术的高度发展和广泛应用,灯光、音响、道具有了很大发展,电脑、LED灯光充实了戏剧舞台,现代舞台调度、系统协调、人员调配、上下场无缝衔接,这些都对舞台艺术的管理提出了越来越高的要求。舞台监督作为舞台艺术管理范围内的一个重要岗位,也就越来越成为保证
