从于伶在上海剧艺社看孤岛剧人的文化处境

【摘要】：作为上海剧艺社的主要负责人,于伶在组织剧团、团结剧人、创作剧本诸方面付出了艰辛的努力,做出了重要的贡献,使上海剧艺社成为孤岛剧运的中流砥柱。然而,在政治势力错综纠缠、商业做派五花八门、文娱市场竞争激烈的孤岛,领导着上海剧艺社这样一个带有浓郁政治气息的职业剧团开展演剧活动,于伶不得不在政治和商业的夹缝中追求自己的艺术理想,难免遭遇种种矛盾与无奈。于伶在上海剧艺社的贡献与无奈典型地体现着孤岛剧人复杂而微妙的文化处境,以及由此对剧人创作心态带来的深刻影响。
[Abstract]:As the chief executive of the Shanghai drama society, he made hard efforts in organizing the theatrical troupe, uniting the dramatists and creating the script, making the important contribution, making the Shanghai drama society a mainstay of the island opera. However, the political power is entangled in the political power, and the business is an isolated island with fierce competition in the entertainment market. The Shanghai drama society, a professional drama troupe with a strong political atmosphere, has to pursue his own artistic ideal in the political and commercial gap. It is unavoidable to encounter various contradictions and helplessness. The contribution and helplessness of the Opera Art Society in Shanghai is typical of the complex and subtle cultural situation of the Gudao people. And its profound influence on the creative mentality of dramatists.
