长沙花鼓戏班的现状、问题与对策研究

【摘要】： 长沙市在国营和集体所有制的花鼓戏院团日常性演出缺位的情况下,近年来有一批民间花鼓戏班却表现得异常活跃。本文选取在长沙市区坚持演出的民间花鼓戏班为研究对象,试图通过以下几个方面的考证和论述,着重探寻长沙花鼓戏班生存的现状、凸显的问题及今后发展的对策等。首先,追溯了长沙花鼓戏以及戏班的起源与发展。长沙花鼓戏最初是由地花鼓、花灯、竹马灯等民间歌舞发展起来的。长沙花鼓戏班发展过程又可分为农村自发的花鼓戏演唱活动、农村草台花鼓戏班和花鼓戏进城后的班社组织等。然后,通过对长沙花鼓戏艺术风格与审美特征的分析,揭示了长沙花鼓戏之所以一直受到民众喜爱、长沙花鼓戏班得以发展的原因。接着,介绍了长沙花鼓戏班的生存现状,如戏班的组织结构与管理模式、戏班各部分组成和相互之间的关系、戏班的班规、戏班的场上艺术与演出剧目、戏班的演出营运机制、戏班的收入与分配以及戏班的观众群等。再接下来,着重探讨了在中国戏曲不景气的大背景下,长沙花鼓戏班面临的生存困境以及自身的局限：戏班发展缺乏长远计划；内部管理不规范,缺乏激励机制；剧目唱腔陈旧,缺乏创新意识等。最后,重点论述了长沙花鼓戏班的发展对策,提出要正确认识戏班的价值和意义,采取有力措施促进戏班的发展。具体就此提出了四点建议：政府高度重视,加大扶持力度；增强创新意识,不断改革发展；培养戏曲票友,争取戏曲观众；强化市场运作,增强品牌意识等等。从一定意义上说,长沙花鼓戏班是我国民间戏班的一个缩影,从它身上可以看出我国地方戏在当代社会背景下真实的生存状态和发展走向。研究这一论题旨在引起主管部门的高度重视,共同帮助和扶持类似长沙民间花鼓戏班这样的演出团体得到可持续性发展。
[Abstract]:In this paper , the author tries to find out the present situation , the problems of the existence and the countermeasure of the future development .

In the first place , the origin and development of Changsha Humpong opera and traditional opera are traced . The development process of Changsha Flower Drum is originally developed by folk song and dance such as garden drum , flower lamp , bamboo horse lamp , etc . The development process of Changsha flower and drum opera is also divided into the following factors : the organization structure and management mode of the drama class , the performances and operation mechanism of the drama class , the income and distribution of the drama class and the audience group of the drama class .
Internal management is not standardized , lack of incentive mechanism ;
Finally , the author puts forward four suggestions : the government attaches great importance to the development of the opera class , and puts forward four suggestions : the government attaches great importance to and strengthens the support force ;
To strengthen the consciousness of innovation and to reform the development continuously ;
Train opera tickets and seek opera audiences ;
Strengthen the market operation , enhance brand awareness and so on .

From the point of view , Changsha Flower Drum is a miniature of Chinese folk drama , from which the real existence and development trend of local opera in contemporary society can be seen . The purpose of this research is to arouse the great attention of the competent department , to help and support the performance group like Changsha folk opera class to get the sustainable development .
