【摘要】：本文以再芬黄梅艺术剧院为研究对象,通过对再芬黄梅艺术剧院的整体研究,探讨其在剧目、艺术理念、经营管理、人才培养、艺术传承等方面的特点与得失,分析"再芬黄梅"作为文化体制改革实践者的样本意义。希望通过对剧院现阶段发展的总结,为剧院的未来发展规划提供一个参照,为其他院团的改革和发展提供一个借鉴。本文主要分为以下几个部分:绪论主要是阐明研究目的、意义,以及拟采用的研究方法。第一章从文本角度研究再芬黄梅艺术剧院的代表剧目,将《美人蕉》、《浮生六记》、《寂寞汉卿》、《徽州往事》作为个案,从剧目的主题思想、结构特色、人物形象等方面深入剖析。第二章探讨再芬黄梅艺术剧院的创作理念,从导演、舞美、音乐和表演方面,探讨再芬黄梅艺术剧院创作特色和艺术理念。第三章探讨再芬黄梅艺术剧院的剧团营运和组织管理,通过对该剧院的演出模式和市场开拓方式等方面的深入剖析,探究该剧院作为第一家转企改制院团,在经营管理上的理念。同时通过对剧院内部人才培养模式、艺术传承方式的研究,总结其作为"中国黄梅戏发展基地",在艺术传承方面的探索意义。结语部分从整体角度总结了再芬黄梅艺术剧院的特色,评价了其在剧目创作、艺术理念、人才培养与经营管理等方面所形成的特点与模式,并提出了一些问题和建设性的意见。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the Huang Mei Art Theatre of Zaifen as the research object, through the overall study of the Huang Mei Art Theater of Zeifen, discusses its characteristics, gains and losses in the aspects of repertoire, artistic concept, management, talent training, art inheritance, etc. This paper analyzes the sample significance of Zaifen Huang Mei as a practitioner of cultural system reform. The author hopes to provide a reference for the future development planning of the theatre and the reform and development of other colleges and troupes through the summary of the present stage development of the theatre. This paper is divided into the following parts: introduction is mainly to clarify the purpose, significance, and research methods to be adopted. The first chapter studies the representative repertoire of Zaifen Huang Mei Art Theater from the angle of text, taking "Canna", "six chapters of floating Life", "Lonely Hanqing", "the past of Huizhou" as individual cases, and deeply analyzing the main theme, structural features and characters' image of the play. The second chapter discusses the creative ideas of Zaifen Huang Mei Art Theater. From the aspects of director, dance beauty, music and performance, the author discusses the creative characteristics and artistic concept of Zaifen Huang Mei Art Theater. The third chapter discusses the operation, organization and management of the Huang Mei Art Theater. Through the in-depth analysis of the performance mode and market development mode of the theatre, the author explores that the theatre is the first company to change its system into a new one. The idea of management. At the same time, through the study of the training mode of talents and the way of art inheritance in the theatre, the author summarizes its significance as the base of the development of Huangmei Opera in China, which is of great significance in the field of artistic inheritance. The conclusion part summarizes the characteristics of Zaifen Huang Mei Art Theater from the whole angle, evaluates its characteristics and models in the aspects of repertoire creation, artistic concept, talent training and management, and puts forward some problems and constructive suggestions.
