【摘要】：安庆再芬黄梅艺术剧院院长韩再芬女士有着鲜明的个性特征:其一,追求真的理想境界,即向往做真人,爱黄梅戏之真并专心致志做真戏;其二,具有难得的理性精神,对戏曲的本质、黄梅戏改革以及艺术发展规律等一系列理论问题有着独到的认识和理解;其三,理想远大,并为自己的艺术之梦做不懈的努力。总之,韩再芬是一位有功底、有修养、有胆识、有抱负的戏剧人,是一位集表演艺术家、戏曲改革家和现代演艺公司管理者于一身的杰出人才。
[Abstract]:Ms. Han Zaifen, dean of Anqing Zaifen Huang Mei Art Theater, has distinctive personality characteristics: first, she pursues the true ideal state, that is, yearning to be a real person, loving the truth of Huangmei Opera and concentrating on doing the real play; second, she has a rare rational spirit. A series of theoretical problems, such as the essence of the opera, the reform of Huangmei Opera and the law of artistic development, have a unique understanding and understanding; third, the ideal is lofty, and they make unremitting efforts for their own artistic dream. In short, Han Zaifen is an accomplished, cultivated, courageous, ambitious dramatist, a combination of performing artists, opera reformers and managers of modern performing companies.
