台湾昆剧团的营运策略及其影响

【摘要】：正1991年3月曾永义与洪惟助在"文建会"支持下举办"昆曲传习计划",前后将及十年,办理六届(1),培养了数百位戏曲爱好者、二十余位演员、一班文武场,对台湾的戏曲生态产生很大的影响。2000年10月传习计划结束,学员们觉得就此结束,十年成果将渐消失,大家共同提议,组织台湾昆剧团,由洪惟助当团长,继续昆曲的学习、演出与推广。团员以"昆曲传习计划"艺生班学员为基础,以后陆续招收年轻演员参加。
