【摘要】：素有“九河下梢”之谓的天津,在繁衍着独有物质资源的同时,也在造就着自己独有的文化,营造着不同的文化氛围。最具特色,首当其冲的当是天津的一个重要的品牌文化——曲艺。振北曲艺团是计划经济向市场经济转轨期间诞生的一个经济实体,在商品经济的时代,在加速现代化的进程中,一批集体幼儿园教师面临下岗的严峻考验。领导班子独具眼光,培养了一批多才多艺的幼儿园教师,使这些教师们能够充当不同的角色,既能做餐饮和娱乐,也能登台表演曲艺。再加上广大曲艺爱好者的积极参与有着专业曲艺演员的帮助和带动,加上市场经济的大商业环境,这些形成了良好的契合点,潜移默化地使振北曲艺团迅速成长,逐渐成熟,使它活跃在群众业余生活当中,服务社会,服务人民,在当地人民群众的生活中扮演着重要的角色,对城市的精神文化生活建设发挥了积极的作用。该团是天津曲艺的一个窗口,一个品牌。一个改革开放中的曲艺新生事物的代表。
[Abstract]:Tianjin, known as "the end of the Jiuhe River", not only multiplies its own material resources, but also creates its own unique culture and different cultural atmosphere. The most characteristic, bear the brunt of Tianjin is an important brand culture-Quyi. Zhenbei Quyi Troupe is an economic entity born during the transition from planned economy to market economy.
