音乐剧:集成创新驱动的舞台演剧新观念

【摘要】:我们说音乐剧是集成创新驱动的舞台演剧新观念,特别需要强调这一"新观念"的开放性和包容性。这种开放性和包容性即便不是"怎样都成"、"什么都行",那也有极其广袤的"集成"视野和极其丰富的"集成"要素。我认为,对当下音乐剧研究的一个重要方面,是考量音乐剧创作集成要素的丰富性和集成方式的多样性。这也将启发我们整个舞台演剧产品生产的与时俱进。需要指出的是,"集成创新"作为方法论是格外遵从创新主体意愿的创新,而我们创新主体的意愿又在于面向人民大众的需求,在主动寻求最佳匹配要素的优化组合中产生更有针对性、更有影响力的接受效应。在"集成创新"观念驱动下的舞台演剧创作,需要凝聚一个核心理念,谋划一方整合框架,优化一批析取元素,创生一个有机样式。为了使我们舞台演剧创作实现有效的"集成创新",我们迫切需要培育、强化四种意识:一是自主意识,即集成要素及其有机集成要服从主体"问题意识"的需要。二是跨界意识,这既包括开放集成要素的空间跨界,也包括开放主体建模的思维跨界。三是协同意识,这意味着要善于协调诸方,集中智慧,开放建构,有机整合。四是前瞻意识,即在"顺势而为"的同时"导势以行"。这就是我把音乐剧这一舞台演剧新观念视为另一种演剧创作新方法的根由所在。
[Abstract]:We say that musicals are a new concept of stage drama driven by integration and innovation, with particular emphasis on the openness and inclusiveness of this new concept. This openness and inclusiveness, if not "whatever", "anything", it also has a vast "integration" vision and extremely rich "integration" elements. In my opinion, an important aspect of the study of musicals today is to consider the richness and diversity of the integrated elements of musical creation. This will also inspire us to the entire stage production of production with the times. It should be pointed out that "integrated innovation", as a methodology, is an innovation that adheres to the will of the innovation subject, and our will to innovate is to meet the needs of the public. In the optimal combination of active search for the best matching elements, there is a more targeted, more influential acceptance effect. The stage drama creation driven by the idea of "integrated innovation" needs to condense a core idea, plan one side of the integration frame, optimize a batch of disjunctive elements, and create an organic style. In order to realize the effective "integration innovation" in our stage drama creation, we urgently need to cultivate and strengthen four kinds of consciousness: one is the independent consciousness, that is, the integration elements and their organic integration must serve the needs of the subject "problem consciousness". The second is cross-border consciousness, which includes not only the space crossing of open integration elements, but also the thinking of open subject modeling. Third, the sense of synergy, which means to be good at coordination, focus on wisdom, open construction, organic integration. Fourth, the sense of foresight, that is, "leading to the trend" at the same time. This is why I regard musical as a new concept of stage drama as a new way to create drama.
