国家大剧院歌剧制作制度化与规范化初探

【摘要】：文章以“国家大剧院歌剧制作制度化、规范化发展”为研究课题,通过对我国歌剧发展脉络的梳理,及歌剧制作流程管理、保留剧目轮换上演制的概念上的介绍,对我国歌剧的发展及现状提出思考,并以制度经济学中的制度变迁理论作为理论支点,指出国家大剧院歌剧制作制度化建立的必要性,探讨我国歌剧制度变迁的进程,指出我国歌剧制度变迁的强化机制的优势所在。 同时,笔者运用文献调查、访谈、案例分析等方法,结合工作实际,通过对我国歌剧的发展现状、制度管理以及国家大剧院歌剧剧目的立项、制作、排练、合成、彩排、演出、评估等方面内容的分析与研究,提出了建立歌剧创作、制作的相关制度以及规范歌剧创作、制作环节的思路与方法。 文章分为四个章节。第一章节介绍我国歌剧的发展现状；第二章节阐述国家大剧院歌剧制作的制度化管理；第三章节分析如何建立歌剧立项规范机制；第四章节研究如何建立剧目制作规范机制。研究意义在于指出目前我国歌剧发展中存在的问题和不足,提出建立歌剧创作、制作的相关制度,以达到规范其创作、制作环节的作用,并通过笔者在实际工作中所遇到的问题,归纳出歌剧创作、制作环节中的普遍性问题以及解决的思路与方法,为相关行业、部门、工作岗位提供借鉴意见。
[Abstract]:Based on the research topic of "institutionalization and standardized Development of Opera production in National Grand Theater", this paper puts forward some thoughts on the development and present situation of opera in China through combing the development of opera in China, introducing the process management of opera production and the concept of repertoire rotation, and taking the theory of institutional change in institutional economics as the theoretical fulcrum, and points out the necessity of establishing the institutionalization of opera production in National Grand Theater. This paper probes into the process of opera institutional change in China, and points out the advantages of strengthening the mechanism of opera institutional change in China. At the same time, by using the methods of literature investigation, interview, case analysis and so on, combined with the actual work, through the analysis and research of the present situation of opera development, system management and the establishment, production, rehearsal, synthesis, rehearsal, performance and evaluation of opera repertoire in China, the author puts forward the ideas and methods of establishing opera creation, making related system and standardizing opera creation and making links. The article is divided into four chapters. The first chapter introduces the present situation of opera production in our country; the second chapter expounds the institutionalized management of opera production in the National Grand Theater; the third chapter analyzes how to establish the standard mechanism of opera project; the fourth chapter studies how to establish the standard mechanism of opera production. The significance of the study lies in pointing out the problems and shortcomings existing in the development of opera in our country at present, and puts forward the establishment of the relevant system of opera creation and production in order to standardize its creation and the role of production links, and through the problems encountered by the author in practical work, sums up the universal problems in opera creation, production links and the ideas and methods to solve them, so as to provide reference suggestions for related industries, departments and jobs.
