【摘要】:正一部《舌尖上的中国》电视片让世人了解了中华饮食文化的博大精深,也启发了笔者借用"味道"来讨论乐器音色多样化问题。人们经常用这样的话语来形容乐器(包括嗓音)的声音:"甜美的歌声""醇厚的嗓音""清脆的竹笛""火辣的唢呐"等等。但乐器声毕竟是用听觉来感知的,所谓"乐器的味道",不过是一种比喻而已,实际的含义是指乐器的音色特质。如同中餐、西餐之间的明显差异,中西乐器之间的味道也大相径庭,稍有音乐常识的人都应能分辨出来。譬
