新疆兵团石河子市社区音乐教育现状调查与研究

【摘要】：随着终身教育理念的提出,教育贯穿于人生全程已经成为人类发展的共识,因而教育与人们的生活联系更加紧密。社区音乐教育作为社区教育的重要组成部分,在终身教育体系中发挥着重要的作用,它不但满足了社区居民精神文化的需求,也是学校音乐教育的延展于补充。20世纪80年代,我国社区音乐教育在借鉴国外成功范例的基础上,结合我国基本国情开始起步。经过30多年的发展,我国社区音乐教育的发展主要集中在经济较发达的内陆及沿海地区,在一些偏远地区社区音乐教育还没有得到足够的重视,发展较慢,教育水平明显落后于经济较发达地区。因此,全面了解我国偏远地区社区音乐教育发展现状,分析总结影响社区音乐教育发展的瓶颈,通过科学的研究方法探索出一条富有建设性的新的发展道路显得尤为重要。本论文以新疆生产建设兵团石河子市社区音乐教育为突破口,通过随机抽样的方式进行问卷调查以及现场走访,分别对石河子市东城街道、老街街道、新城街道、向阳街道、红山街道等五个街道所辖社区进行抽样调查。调查对象主要包括社区居民、音乐教师、社区管理者,针对不同的调查对象分别设计了调查问卷和访谈提纲,以此来保证本调查的客观性、全面性。在充分了解石河子市社区音乐教育发展现状的前提下,充分剖析石河子市社区音乐教育存在的问题及成因。最终尝试结合石河子市独具的兵团文化背景,从提高居民终身教育意识、建立健全考核管理机制、加大社区音乐教育投入力度、融入兵团音乐文化、促进社区音乐教育网络化、促进社区音乐教育与高校互动等几个维度入手提出了促进社区音乐教育发展的几点思路。
[Abstract]:With the concept of lifelong education, education has become the consensus of human development through the whole life, so education and people's life are more closely linked. As an important part of community education, community music education plays an important role in the lifelong education system. It not only meets the spiritual and cultural needs of the community residents, but also extends the school music education to supplement. Based on the successful examples of foreign countries, the community music education in our country begins to start with the basic conditions of our country. After more than 30 years of development, the development of community music education in China is mainly concentrated in the inland and coastal areas with more developed economy. In some remote areas, the development of community music education has not been paid enough attention to, and the development of community music education has been slow. The level of education lags behind the more developed regions. Therefore, it is very important to understand the current situation of the development of community music education in remote areas of our country, to analyze and summarize the bottlenecks that affect the development of community music education, and to explore a constructive new way of development through scientific research methods. This paper takes the community music education of Shihezi City of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps as the breakthrough point, through random sampling way to carry on the questionnaire survey and the spot visit, separately to Shihezi city Dongcheng street, the old street, the new city street, the Xiangyang street, Hongshan Street and other five streets under the jurisdiction of the community sample survey. The survey objects mainly include community residents, music teachers, community administrators, and designed questionnaires and interview outlines for different subjects to ensure the objectivity and comprehensiveness of this survey. On the premise of fully understanding the present situation of community music education in Shihezi City, the problems and causes of community music education in Shihezi City are analyzed. Finally, combining the unique cultural background of Bingtuan in Shihezi City, this paper tries to improve the awareness of lifelong education of residents, establish and improve the examination and management mechanism, increase the investment in community music education, integrate into the music culture of Bingtuan, and promote the networking of community music education. This paper puts forward some ideas to promote the development of community music education from the aspects of promoting the interaction between community music education and colleges and universities.
