清末民初我国学校音乐教育法规建设研究

【摘要】: 近代中国社会的急剧变革,直接导致了中国文化由内容到结构上的变化,从而使得整个教育体系和模式发生了根本性的转变。清末民初,随着西方文化的传入,兴办学堂、开办学校成为一种风尚。为保障学校(学堂)正规化、科学化的发展,清政府颁布了一系列相应的教育法规。伴随着清末教育“新政”的推行,学校音乐教育作为教育的重要组成部分,也逐渐受到当时政府和许多先觉者的关注及重视。与此同时,我国学校音乐教育法规建设也开始起步,到了民国初期则有了进一步的修改完善,以适应社会变革对人才的需要。本文取清末民初的历史角度,在分析大量文献资料的基础上,力图对这一时期我国学校音乐教育法规建设作出宏观、有机、动态的理论把握,并给予客观公允的历史评判。 本文由五个部分组成:第一部分,对问题的提出、研究对象与范围、研究综述与创新作出描述;第二部分,对法规建设的历史背景和主要内容进行阐释;第三部分,对清末民初学校音乐教育法规进行举例分析;第四部分,对清末民初学校音乐教育法规的性质、体系结构、立法宗旨、立法特点等方面进行探究;第五部分,总结出清末民初学校音乐教育法规建设对后世的影响与启迪,并阐明本论题的意义。 本文坚持以马克思主义唯物史观为指导,坚持理论与实践的结合、历史与逻辑的统一,运用文献法、归纳演绎法、个案研究法、系统分析法等,对这一论题从客观、宏观、微观层面进行析理。研究表明,清末民初我国学校音乐教育法规建设在客观上顺应了当时社会发展的要求,对我国近现代学校音乐教育的发展有着重要而深远的影响,从而标明了立法建设对于一个学科发展来说的重要意义和价值。可以说,没有立法的保障,我国学校音乐教育是不可能得到健康发展的;没有立法的保障,我国学校音乐教育的发展是很难想象的。
[Abstract]:The rapid change of modern Chinese society has directly led to the change of Chinese culture from content to structure, thus making the whole education system and mode change fundamentally. In the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China, with the introduction of western culture, it became a fashion to set up schools. In order to ensure the formalization and scientific development of schools, the Qing government promulgated a series of corresponding educational laws and regulations. With the implementation of the "New deal" of education in the late Qing Dynasty, school music education, as an important part of education, was gradually paid attention to by the government and many presenters at that time. At the same time, the construction of school music education laws and regulations in our country has also started, and in the early period of the Republic of China, it has been further modified and perfected to meet the needs of social changes for talents. Taking the historical angle of the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China and analyzing a large number of documents, this paper tries to make a macroscopic, organic and dynamic theoretical grasp of the construction of the school music education laws and regulations in this period, and gives an objective and fair historical judgment. This article is composed of five parts: the first part, the question raised, the research object and scope, the research summary and the innovation description; the second part, the historical background and the main content of the legislation construction are explained; the third part, The fourth part is to explore the nature, system structure, legislative purpose, legislative characteristics of the school music education laws and regulations of the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China. This paper summarizes the influence and enlightenment of school music education law construction in late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China, and clarifies the significance of this thesis. This paper insists on the guidance of Marxist historical materialism, the combination of theory and practice, the unity of history and logic, the use of literature, inductive deduction, case study, system analysis, etc. The microcosmic level is analyzed. The research shows that the construction of school music education laws and regulations in late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China objectively complied with the requirements of the social development at that time, and had an important and far-reaching impact on the development of music education in modern schools in China. Thus, it indicates the significance and value of legislative construction for the development of a discipline. It can be said that without the protection of legislation, music education in schools in our country can not be developed healthily, and without the protection of legislation, the development of music education in schools in our country is very difficult to imagine.
