论林语堂英译《浮生六记》的文学风格再现

【摘要】：《浮生六记》是沈复的自传散文，记录了作者的婚姻生活，游历见闻，闲情逸致和人生起伏，涉及到当时社会、历史、文化、生活等方方面面。富有中国文化和语言特色的词语和表达构成了它独特的风格。《浮生六记》是林语堂最见翻译功底的力作，选择该译本作为研究对象并结合译者自身特殊的文化背景以及其翻译观进行研究，更具有学术价值和意义。首先，在回顾前人《浮生六记》的相关研究后，本文探讨了风格的可译性，并认为风格存在可译性并且非译不可。其次，，本文对作者的风格和译者的风格的关系进行了梳理和比较，并介绍了译者的文化背景以及其翻译观。再次，本文从语言层面和文化层面分析《浮生六记》的文学风格，并对林语堂使用的翻译手段和方法进行分析和研究。另外，《浮生六记》在很多地方语言晦涩含糊，因此，本文就其模糊语言的翻译现象也进行了细致的分析，并提出模糊语的三种具体的翻译途径。通过研究和分析，本文发现尽管林语堂所译的《浮生六记》存在不足之处，但大体上能够再现原文的风格，其翻译手段和方法仍值得现今译者借鉴和学习。
[Abstract]:"six stories of floating Life" is Shen Fu's autobiographical prose, which records the author's marital life, travels, leisure and ups and downs of life, and relates to the society, history and culture of that time. Life and other aspects. Rich in Chinese culture and language characteristics of words and expressions constitute its unique style. It is of great academic value and significance to select the translation as the object of study, and to study it in combination with the translator's own special cultural background and his translation view. First of all, after reviewing the previous studies on the six chapters of plankton, this paper discusses the translatability of style, and concludes that style is translatable and must be translatable. This paper reviews and compares the relationship between the author's style and the translator's style, and introduces the translator's cultural background and his views on translation. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the literary style of the sixth Book of floating Life from the linguistic and cultural perspectives. In addition, the six chapters of the floating Life is obscure in many places. Therefore, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the translation phenomenon of Lin Yutang's vague language. Three specific approaches to the translation of vague language are also proposed. Through research and analysis, it is found that despite the shortcomings of Lin Yutang's translation of "six chapters of floating Life", it can generally reproduce the style of the original text, and its translation means and methods are still worthy of reference and study by translators today.
