艺术教师培训的“顺向”模式研究

【摘要】:艺术教师培训的首要目标是满足中小学艺术教师教育教学的实际需要。笔者依据多年培训教学的调研总结,提出了艺术教师培训的顺向理念。"顺向美术教育"思想是在艺术教育视野下寻求美术教育教师培训的学理依据。"顺向美术教育"是指美术教育实施者依顺受教育者的情势潜质和需要而实施的美术文化的社会性育人活动。其包含顺势和顺心两大切入取向内涵。所以,顺向美术教育也可称为"顺势、顺心美术教育"。通过向心调控、牵引情境、顺理导向、特型示范、双向交流、"审艺"评价等教学培训方法,可以有效引领艺术教师培训的目标导向与方法探索。其中的特型师范环节,笔者将在北京师范大学为期半年的访学经历建构为培训课程进行案例剖析。
[Abstract]:The primary goal of art teacher training is to meet the practical needs of art teacher education in primary and secondary schools. According to the research and summary of training teaching for many years, the author puts forward the idea of art teacher training. " The thought of forward art education is the theoretical basis of seeking the training of art education teachers in the field of art education. The forward art education "refers to the social education activities of fine arts culture which are carried out by the executors of art education according to the situation and the needs of the educatees." It contains both homeopathic and concomitant intension. Therefore, forward-going art education can also be called "homeopathy, homeopathy art education." Through such teaching and training methods as centripetal control, traction situation, reasonable orientation, special demonstration, two-way communication and evaluation of "judging art", the goal orientation and method exploration of art teacher training can be effectively guided. Among them, the author will construct a half-year visiting experience in Beijing normal University and analyze the case for the training course.
