【摘要】:我国在少数民族地区开展汉语和少数民族语言文字的“双语”教育,是民族教育事业发展和进步的重要举措,十一届三中全会以来,我国民族工作的方针和政策做了重大调整,不仅高度重视少数民族地区的经济发展,而且更加重视少数民族地区教育事业的发展。国家从人力、财力等方面对开展双语教育给予了大力支持,教育经费、教师配备、教材选用、学校建设、学生食宿等实际问题都得到妥善解决,这使得双语教育有了长足的发展。但是,由于少数民族地区地理环境、自然条件、经济状况、人员素质、领导重视程度等一些特殊因素的制约,双语教育的发展仍然存在不少问题,认真研究并妥善解决这些问题是双语教育科学、持续、深入发展的迫切需要。本文从分析研究肃北蒙古族自治县双语教育事业发展的状况入手,了解该地区双语教育的现状,通过座谈讨论、查找资料、实地调查掌握第一手材料,经过科学梳理和分析研究,总结成功经验,找出具体问题。本文梳理研究肃北地区蒙古族双语教育事业发展的历史及其发展现状,分析双语教育中存在的具体问题,找出开展双语教育的有利条件和不利因素,提出了推进双语教育深入发展的对策。希望此论文能够对肃北蒙古族自治县蒙汉双语教育工作的良好发展提供有益的参考。
[Abstract]:Our country in the minority areas of Chinese and minority language "bilingual education", is an important measure, the development of ethnic education and progress since the third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, China's national work guidelines and policies to make a major adjustment, not only attaches great importance to the economic development of ethnic minority areas, but also pay more attention to the development of education for ethnic minorities area. Countries from the human, financial and other aspects of the support for bilingual education, education funding, teachers, textbooks, school building, student accommodation and other problems can be solved properly, which makes the bilingual education has made great progress. However, due to the geographical environment in ethnic minority areas, natural conditions, economic the status, quality of personnel, which leaders attach importance to some special factors in the development of bilingual education, there are still many problems, study seriously and properly A good solution to these problems is the bilingual education of science, sustainable, an urgent need for in-depth development. Based on the analysis of the development of bilingual education in Subei Mongolian Autonomous County of the situation, understand the current situation of bilingual education in this area, through discussion, find information, field survey first-hand materials, after combing and analysis of scientific research. Summarize the successful experience and find out the specific problems. The history of Mongolian bilingual education development of this sort of Subei region and its development status, analysis of specific problems in bilingual education, bilingual education and find out the favorable conditions and unfavorable factors, and puts forward some countermeasures for promoting the further development of bilingual education provide a useful reference. I hope that this thesis good development the Subei Mongolian Autonomous County of Mongolian and Chinese bilingual education.
