从汉英语言不同对比分析汉英思维方式差异

【摘要】:语言既是人类社会发展的产物,也是人类社会发展的载体。思想也是人类社会发展的重要因素之一,是人类发展进步的源泉。人们之所以离不开语言,是因为只有通过语言,才能够表达思想与意愿等等。那么语言与思维有没有关联呢?早在上个世纪,萨丕尔与沃尔夫提出了一条假说,即:所有高层次的思维都依赖于语言。语言决定论认为语言决定思维。语言相对论主张使用不同语言的人对世界的感受和体验也不同,也就是说与他们的语言背景有关。除此之外,美国应用语言学教授凯普兰也对外国学生们的写作进行了对比分析。他发现母语会影响第二语言的流利程度。他也提出了假设:第一语言的语言和修辞会影响第二语言的写作。 这篇论文对比分析由语言差异引起的汉英思维不同。众所周知,汉语与英语差异很大。根据萨丕尔沃尔夫假说,操着不同语言的人有不同的思维方式。这篇论文先分析汉语与英语的不同之处,然后分析由此引起的思维方式的差异。 每个国家都有其独特的文化,语言也是其中之一。作者认为语言是文化的一部分,而文化又是存在的一部分。人们习惯于以身份而定位。只有通过身份才能感到自身存在。语言与思维紧密相关,思考即是存在。思维是区别人类和其他动物的最高级的特征。思维也能够代表一个人的习惯,模式,甚至是存在。也正是通过存在,语言和思维才得以体现。语言能够形成思维,思维反过来又作用于语言。世界观也被认为是存在方式的一种。它是一个个体或者社会对于知识或观点的基础认知方向。它是通过多年的思考或者经历而形成的。世界观比思维要深入的多。操着不同语言的人对于社会,政治,科学和宗教都可能会有不同的观点和看法。 这篇论文由五章构成。第一章是对整篇论文的整体介绍,包括背景知识,研究目标及论文结构。第二章为文献综述,即一些专业名词的定义及前人的研究。第三章会对比分析汉语和英语的不同,包括语义和语用两个方面。接下来的第四章主要分析汉英思维方式差异。最后第五章即为总结和局限,以便后人进行研究。
[Abstract]:Language is not only the product of the development of human society, but also the carrier of the development of human society.Thought is also one of the important factors in the development of human society and the source of human development and progress.The reason why people can not do without language, because only through language, can express ideas and wishes and so on.Is there any connection between language and thought?As early as the last century, Sapir and Wolfe put forward a hypothesis that all high-level thinking depends on language.Linguistic determinism holds that language determines thinking.Linguistic relativity advocates that people who use different languages have different feelings and experiences about the world, that is to say, it is related to their linguistic background.In addition, Kaplan, an American professor of applied linguistics, makes a comparative analysis of the writing of foreign students.He found that his mother tongue affected the fluency of a second language.He also hypothesized that the language and rhetoric of the first language would influence the writing of the second language.This paper makes a contrastive analysis of the differences in Chinese and English thinking caused by language differences.As we all know, Chinese and English are very different.According to the Sapir-Wolff hypothesis, people who speak different languages have different ways of thinking.This paper first analyzes the differences between Chinese and English, and then analyzes the differences in thinking styles.Each country has its own unique culture, and language is one of them.The author thinks that language is a part of culture, and culture is a part of existence.People are used to positioning themselves by their identity.It is only through identity that one can feel one's own existence.Language is closely related to thinking, and thinking is the existence.Thinking is the most advanced feature that distinguishes humans from other animals.Thinking can also represent one's habits, patterns, and even existence.It is through existence that language and thought are embodied.Language can form thinking, which in turn acts on language.The world view is also considered a form of existence.It is the basic cognitive direction of an individual or society for knowledge or opinion.It is formed through years of thought or experience.The world view is much deeper than the mind.People who speak different languages may have different views on society, politics, science and religion.The paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the whole introduction of the whole paper, including background knowledge, research objectives and the structure of the paper.The second chapter is the literature review, that is, the definition of some professional nouns and previous studies.Chapter three compares the differences between Chinese and English, including semantic and pragmatic aspects.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the differences between Chinese and English ways of thinking.Finally, the fifth chapter is the summary and limitation, so that future generations can study.
