“汉语热”背后的冷思考

【摘要】：近年来,随着中国综合国力及国际影响力的日益提高,世界各地兴起了"汉语热",海外学习汉语的热潮势不可挡。在认同汉语国际推广工作已取得巨大成绩的同时,尚需对"汉语热"冷热不均的现象及其原因进行冷静而深入的思考。"汉语热"并非已经"热遍"全球,而是出现了冷热不均的局面。政府部门对汉语国际推广工作没有做好整体规划导致孔子学院在全球的分布及来华留学生的生源结构极不均衡;西方强势文化对中国文化的排斥与挤压以及汉语学习的功利性动机使汉语国际推广遇到了海外汉语教学比较热而文化推广遭冷遇的尴尬;国内现行教育体制及人才培养选拔制度重外语轻汉语的倾向是汉语教育出现"外热内冷"的直接原因;而海外"汉语教师荒"、国内对外汉语专业"就业难"的根本原因在于政府部门的管理混乱、应对措施不到位而导致对外汉语专业的人才培养模式与国际汉语教师的需求不能实现对接。为了解决上述困难和问题,为了使"汉语热"持续升温,在孔子学院建设、师资培养、教材建设、文化传播等方面还需付出更多的努力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing of China's comprehensive national strength and international influence, "Chinese fever" has emerged all over the world.While recognizing that great achievements have been made in the international promotion of Chinese, it is necessary to give a sober and in-depth consideration to the phenomenon of "hot Chinese" and its causes. "Chinese fever is not "hot" all over the world, but the situation of uneven cold and heat.The lack of overall planning for the international promotion of Chinese by government departments leads to the uneven distribution of Confucius Institutes in the world and the structure of students studying in China.The rejection and compression of Chinese culture by western strong culture and the utilitarian motive of learning Chinese make the international promotion of Chinese language meet with the embarrassment that the overseas Chinese teaching is relatively hot and the cultural promotion is neglected.The tendency of the current education system and talent selection system in China to put more emphasis on foreign language and Chinese is the direct reason for the emergence of "external heat and internal cooling" in Chinese education.The root cause of the overseas "shortage of Chinese teachers" and the "difficulty in finding employment" for Chinese as a foreign language major in China lies in the confusion in the management of government departments.The lack of countermeasures leads to the failure of the talent training model of TCFL and the need of international Chinese teachers.In order to solve the above difficulties and problems, in order to make the "Chinese craze" continue to heat up, in the construction of Confucius Institute, teacher training, teaching material construction, cultural dissemination and other aspects need to pay more efforts.
