全球治理视域下的汉语国际教育及孔子学院建设:问题、因由与对策

【摘要】："孔子学院的任务一是传播汉语,二是传播中国文化。"这是孔院迄今为止的基本定位,也可说是中国国内"汉语国际教育"界的基本认识。如果说在孔院设立之初,这一定位对于纠正只注意语言教学的传统具有一定的积极意义,但是随着孔院和汉语国际教育的发展,尤其是随着世界格局的变化,继续坚持这样的定位,不但将制约孔院和汉语国际教育本身的继续成长,更可能影响国家整体战略的有效实施。孔院要走出困境,就必须重新认识自己的定位,确定汉语国际教育的目标在于"推进人类命运共同体建设",从而在国际政治大背景和负责任大国条件下,从"全球治理"的根本任务出发获得持久的发展动力。
[Abstract]:"the mission of the Confucius Institute is, first, to spread Chinese and second to spread Chinese culture." this is the basic position of the Confucius Institute so far, and it can also be said to be the basic understanding of the "international education of Chinese language" in China. If it is said that at the beginning of the establishment of the Confucius Academy, This position has certain positive significance for correcting the tradition of focusing only on language teaching, but with the development of Kongyuan and international Chinese education, especially with the change of the world pattern, we continue to adhere to this position. It will not only restrict the continuous growth of the Confucius Institute and the international Chinese language education itself, but also affect the effective implementation of the country's overall strategy. The goal of Chinese international education is to "promote the construction of human destiny community", so as to obtain a lasting development power from the fundamental task of "global governance" under the background of international politics and the condition of a responsible big country.
