关于上海民间对外汉语培训机构现状的调查与研究

【摘要】：中国的国际地位日渐提高,在国际交流中扮演着越来越重要的角色。与此同时,汉语在国际上的影响力也在不断增强。中国正以一种包容和开放的姿态,吸引着越来越多的外籍人员来华留学、工作和生活。上海作为中国最发达的城市之一、中国的经济中心,每年都会吸引大批境外人员来沪。目前,上海的常住外籍人员已达17万,居全国首位。因而,上海的对外汉语培训市场相比全国其他城市来说,水平更高、发展也更快。笔者利用在上海对外汉语培训机构实习的机会,对上海初具规模的民间对外汉语培训机构进行了走访和调查。本文首先深入分析了民间对外汉语培训机构的业务范围以及机构内部的组织结构和各个部门之间的具体分工,展现了培训机构从邀约客户到与客户签约的工作全过程。同时,对于上海民间机构普遍使用的网络营销系统和管理系统进行了说明和解释。其次,通过问卷调查和访谈的形式,分析了培训机构的外籍学员情况。主要运用数据分析的方法,对外籍学员的学习动机和选择培训机构的原因进行了探讨。接下来,介绍了机构基本的课程设置、收费标准和教材选择情况。最后,笔者一方面分析了民间对外汉语培训机构值得高校借鉴的意义。另一方面,指出了现阶段民间对外汉语培训机构存在的一些问题,并根据具体情况给出了建议。希望民间对外汉语培训能够朝着更加规范、更具活力的方向发展,也期待民间机构能够更好地推动整个对外汉语教学行业的发展。
[Abstract]:China is playing a more and more important role in international communication. At the same time, the influence of Chinese in the world is also increasing. China is attracting more and more foreigners to study, work and live in China. Shanghai, one of the most developed cities in China, attracts a large number of foreigners to Shanghai every year. At present, Shanghai has 170000 permanent expatriates, ranking first in the country. As a result, Shanghai's foreign language training market is higher and faster than other cities across the country. The author made use of the opportunity of practice in Shanghai Foreign language training Institute to visit and investigate the new scale folk Chinese language training institutions in Shanghai. Firstly, this paper deeply analyzes the business scope, the organization structure and the division of labor among different departments, and shows the whole process of training institutions from inviting customers to signing with clients. At the same time, it explains and explains the network marketing system and management system. Secondly, through the form of questionnaire and interview, the paper analyzes the situation of foreign students in training institutions. Using the method of data analysis, this paper discusses the motivation of foreign students' learning and the reasons for choosing training institutions. Then, it introduces the basic curriculum, charging standards and the selection of teaching materials. Finally, on the one hand, the author analyzes the significance of folk Chinese language training institutions. On the other hand, it points out some problems existing in folk Chinese as a foreign language training institution at present, and gives some suggestions according to the specific situation. It is hoped that folk Chinese training as a foreign language will develop towards a more standardized and dynamic direction, and that non-governmental organizations will be able to better promote the development of the whole teaching profession of Chinese as a foreign language.
