新手、熟手国际汉语教师阅读课教学策略个案研究

【摘要】:首先,本文采用课堂观察法和课后教师访谈法,发现新手、熟手国际汉语教师在教学策略上的不同;然后,采用问卷调查的方法检验新手、熟手教师教学策略的共性与不同;最后,针对新手、熟手教师分别给出针对性教学建议。本文共分为四章:第一章绪论:主要分为研究缘起、选题意义和文献综述三个部分。其中文献综述部分从对外汉语阅读教学研究现状、中级汉语阅读教学策略研究现状和新手、熟手国际汉语教师研究现状三个方面分别进行分析,从而理清研究现状,确定研究理念。第二章研究设计:主要分为研究对象、资料收集和处理、研究框架三个部分。其中研究框架:第一,通过有目的课堂观察,发现问题与教师进行访谈,并以此作为学生问卷设计的前期材料搜集;第二,在学期末发问卷调查;最后,通过问卷数据分析得出结论,并给出针对性建议。第三章结果与分析:主要从教学策略的教学过程、教学方法、教学组织形式及教学媒体四个方面对研究初期收集的关于新手、熟手教师中级汉语阅读课教学策略的材料进行分析。第四章研究结论:新手教师应大胆创新,敢于打破传统教学模式;增强阅读材料的针对性和丰富性;合理安排学生讨论的时间,完善教学环节;给与学生积极反馈,帮助学生树立阅读自信心;善于向熟手教师学习,及时自我反思。熟手教师要及时更新教学观念,多元教学组织形式,丰富课堂教学环节;强化课程性质意识,突出课型的特色;注重阅读与表达的互动性与互补性;以学生为主体,重视组建师生间合作教学;继续发挥在教学过程中的优势,加强课堂上阅读技能的训练。
[Abstract]:Firstly, this paper uses classroom observation method and after-class teacher interview method to find out the differences in teaching strategies between novice and proficient international Chinese teachers, and then uses questionnaire to test the commonness and difference of teaching strategies between novice and proficient teacher. Finally, aimed at the novice, the familiar teacher gives the pertinence teaching suggestion separately. This paper is divided into four chapters: the first chapter: introduction: mainly divided into three parts: the origin of the study, the significance of the topic and literature review. The literature review part analyzes the current situation of the research on reading teaching as a foreign language, the present situation of the research on the strategy of the intermediate Chinese reading teaching and the present situation of the novice, and the current situation of the research on the international Chinese teachers of familiarity respectively, so as to clarify the present situation of the research. Determine the research idea. The second chapter is divided into three parts: research object, data collection and processing, and research framework. Among them, the research framework: first, through the purposeful classroom observation, found the problem with the teacher for interviews, and as a student questionnaire design of the preliminary materials collection; second, at the end of the semester to send a questionnaire survey; Finally, through the questionnaire data analysis to draw a conclusion, and give targeted recommendations. Chapter III results and analysis: mainly from the teaching strategy teaching process, teaching methods, teaching organization form and teaching media to the early days of the research on the collection of novice, The teaching strategies of middle-level Chinese reading for proficient teachers are analyzed. The fourth chapter concludes: novice teachers should be bold and innovative, dare to break the traditional teaching mode, strengthen the pertinence and richness of reading materials, arrange the discussion time of students reasonably, and perfect the teaching links. Give students positive feedback, help students build up reading self-confidence, good at learning from familiar teachers, timely self-reflection. Proficient teachers should update their teaching concepts in time, organize various teaching forms, enrich classroom teaching links, strengthen the awareness of the nature of the curriculum, highlight the characteristics of the class, pay attention to the interaction and complementarity of reading and expression, and improve the quality of teaching. Take the students as the main body, attach importance to the establishment of cooperative teaching between teachers and students, continue to give play to the advantages in the teaching process, and strengthen the training of reading skills in the classroom.
