以文献为基础的方言史研究势在必行

【摘要】：汉语方言历史文献在汉语方言史研究中具有举足轻重的作用。汉语方言存在方言自身演变和方言转换等多种不同的变化方式。仅从共时平面出发,无法确定方言的变化是方言自身的演变还是方言之间转换。把方言转换当成方言自身的演变并给予理论阐释,只能是纯理论的推测,不符合方言变化的历史事实。只有深入挖掘汉语方言历史文献,才能更好地揭示方言变化的历史过程。
[Abstract]:The historical documents of Chinese dialects play an important role in the study of the history of Chinese dialects. Chinese dialects have their own evolution and dialect transformation and other different ways of change. Only from the synchronic plane, it is impossible to determine whether the change of dialects is the evolution of dialects themselves or the transformation between dialects. Taking dialect transformation as the evolution of dialect itself and giving theoretical explanation can only be a pure theoretical conjecture, which does not accord with the historical fact of dialect change. Only by digging into the historical documents of Chinese dialects can we better reveal the historical process of dialect changes.
