创伤理论视角下对《房间》中“母亲”自我重建的解读

【摘要】：艾玛·多诺霍作为爱尔兰较有影响力的女作家,2010年出版了她的长篇小说《房间》。小说一经出版,一跃成为国际销售冠军,并获得了五十余项国际大奖。《房间》以五岁杰克的童真口吻来叙述,简单质朴的语言体现了作者深刻的人文情怀。本文以朱迪斯·赫尔曼的创伤理论为基本框架,系统分析杰克母亲的创伤症状及成因,深入探讨其创伤恢复和重建自我的心路历程。论文分为三部分,由引言部分,主体部分的四章和结论部分构成。引言部分介绍了艾玛·多诺霍的生平和作品、《房间》的主要情节和相关研究、本文的研究意义以及基本结构。论文的第一章系统介绍了创伤理论的发展历程、基本概念以及朱迪斯·赫尔曼对创伤症状和创伤恢复的相关理论。第二章根据创伤理论,阐述小说中“母亲”具体的创伤症状以及创伤经历导致的后果——自我受损,探讨“母亲”痛苦的创伤经历以及身份危机。第三章从表层及深层两个方面,分析小说中造成“母亲”创伤症状和自我受损的原因,表层原因是老尼克造成的创伤事件,而深层原因则为复杂的社会因素。第四章将“母亲”创伤治愈和重建自我身份之路的进行分析和总结,通过建立安全感、回顾与哀悼、重建与生活的联系,“母亲”成功走出创伤,获得精神独立,找到真正的自我,从而客观看待过去,勇敢面对未来。通过以上四章的分析,最后的结论部分指出《房间》是一部关于创伤和女性重建自我的小说。心理创伤造成了女性精神上的自我囚禁,从而导致了女性陷入严重的身份危机。女性只有勇敢客观地看待过去的创伤,积极乐观地重建自身与他人和社会的联系,才能摆脱创伤,完成自我建构,实现自我价值,成为自己命运的主人。
[Abstract]:The Irish writer Emma Donohoe as the most influential, 2010 published her novels "room. In Judith Hermann's trauma theory as the basic framework, analysis of trauma symptoms and causes of Jack's mother system, study the trauma recovery and reconstruction process of the self. This thesis is divided into three parts, the introduction, four chapters and conclusion parts. The introduction part introduces Emma Donohoe's life and works, the main plot. The last part is conclusion of the analysis, pointed out that "the room is a movie about > trauma and reconstruction of the self female novels. The psychological trauma caused by female spiritual self trapping, resulting in serious female identity crisis. Only the brave women objectively treat the wounds of the past, positive and optimistic to rebuild their relationships with others and society in order to get rid of the trauma, complete the self construction, realize self value, become masters of their own destiny.
