【摘要】：2013年美国国家图书奖获奖作品《上帝鸟》描述了约翰·布朗领导的哈伯斯费里武装起义及其背景。本文分析美国内战前黑人对自由的不同态度,揭示起义失败的原因,展示黑人觉醒的重要性,阐释书写对黑人觉醒的意义,探讨通往黑人自由的道路。
[Abstract]:The 2013 National Book Award prize-winning work, "the Bird of God", describes the Hubble Ferry armed uprising led by John Brown and its background. This article analyzes the different attitudes of blacks to freedom before the American Civil War and reveals the reasons for the defeat of the uprising. To show the importance of black awakening, to explain the significance of writing to black awakening, to explore the road to black freedom.
