基于关联理论探讨《匹克威克外传》的幽默选择

【摘要】：小说《匹克威克外传》是狄更斯的一部充满幽默氛围的著名作品,对其中的幽默成分,人们从多种角度进行了探讨性研究。但从关联理论层面对其研究的作品却非常少。刻画人物形象时,狄更斯擅长从各角度对人物形象进行描写,将人物性格和人物命运巧妙结合起来。文章探讨课题时,主要从小说中几个比较有典型代表意义的人物形象入手,为读者呈现关联理论下的人物命运和性格之间的关系,是幽默的写作手法,得出一个结论 :性格决定命运。时至今日,关联理论受到当下研究者的普遍关注,广泛应用。基于关联理论对小说《匹克威克外传》做分析,不仅能更好地丰富相关理论知识,而且,也促进这方面的实践性发展,是双赢的结果。
[Abstract]:The novel Pickwick Outback is a famous work of Dickens which is full of humorous atmosphere. However, there are very few works on relevance theory. When depicting characters, Dickens is good at describing characters from various angles and combining characters' character with character's fate. When discussing the subject, this paper mainly starts with several typical characters in the novel, and presents the relationship between the fate and character of the characters under the relevance theory, which is a humorous writing technique. Come to a conclusion: character determines fate. Up to now, relevance theory has been widely used by researchers. The analysis of the novel Pickwick based on relevance Theory can not only enrich the relevant theoretical knowledge, but also promote the practical development of this aspect, which is the result of win-win situation.
