布尔民族的历史书写与文化批判——评南非短篇小说家波斯曼的《马弗京路》

【摘要】：20世纪上半期的布尔人作家波斯曼是南非著名的短篇小说家,他的短篇小说集《马弗京路》以两次布尔战争为大背景,通过草原故事能手夏尔克·洛伦斯大叔之口,讲述了19世纪末20世纪初南非西北边境的马里科镇布尔农民的喜怒哀乐和爱恨情仇,全面反思并批判了布尔人的宗教、道德和历史。在形式上,通过不可靠叙事人夏尔克·洛伦斯在不同时空间穿插变换,从而在叙述人和作者之间制造一种不确定的距离感,使作者能够游刃自如地对布尔民族历史文化进行反思和批判。
[Abstract]:Bosman, a Boer writer in the first half of the 20th century, is a famous short story writer in South Africa. His collection of short stories, Mavergin Road, takes the two Boer Wars as the background, through the words of Uncle Schalke Laurence, an expert in the grassland story. This paper narrates the joys, sorrows and love-hate feelings of Boer peasants in Mariko town in the northwest border of South Africa at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, and comprehensively reflects on and criticizes the religion, morality and history of the Boer people. In form, a sense of uncertainty between the narrator and the author is created by the shaky narrator, Schalke Laurence, who intersperses the space between the narrator and the author. So that the author can freely reflect on and criticize the history and culture of Boer nationality.
