【摘要】：作为第一位获得诺贝尔文学奖的美国黑人女性作家,莫里森对当今美国文学有着深远影响并被公认为当代最杰出的小说家之一。小说《家》是托尼莫里森的第十部小说。《家》叙述了一位初从朝鲜战场回来的黑人退伍军人,弗兰克,拯救妹妹于危难并最终走出创伤,重构自我的故事。本文运用创伤理论并结合文本分析了弗兰克的心路历程。通过分析弗兰克的创伤经历及疗伤之旅,本文探索了家庭和社会环境是如何导致弗兰克的创伤,以及弗兰克重塑自我的途径。自身努力与来自社区,亲人,恋人,和同胞的爱与帮助使主人公建构了新的自我。他开始勇敢面对悲惨的过去,重新找到归属感并与开始新的生活。从创伤这一角度对《家》进行研究能加深对作品的理解,丰富研究成果。
