【摘要】：近年来,有关医患纠纷的报道频现,医患关系颇为紧张。根据2016年两会期间国家卫计委发布的数据显示,2015年全国发生医疗纠纷11.5万起,较2014年略有下降。由于医患纠纷关系到家家户户,其投射在个案中呈现出复杂多样的样态,重大纠纷常成为新闻热点问题。而媒体大量报道所引发的社会舆论,也在一定程度上影响着公众对医患关系的认知。本篇论文以媒体报道为切入点,探究医患关系的现状以及媒体报道对医患关系的影响。除绪论、结语外,论文分为四大章节:第一章为当前媒体对医患纠纷事件报道的特点。从医患纠纷事件报道中的话语变迁、医患纠纷事件报道的角度、不同类型媒体对医患纠纷事件报道的特点三个角度,论述了当前媒介形势下电视、报纸、网络等媒体在医患纠纷的报道中呈现的总体特征和趋向;第二章为公众对当前媒体环境下医患关系报道的态度。通过问卷调查从公众接触医患关系报道情况以及公众对医患关系的态度两个方面阐述公众对医患关系以及对医患纠纷报道的基本认识和情感态度;第三章媒体关于医患关系的报道对公众的影响。此章节为本篇论文的核心,从当前媒介环境对公众医患关系认知的影响、公众对当前医患关系报道的评价、媒体对公众的引导三个方面,用问卷调查的方法探究了媒体在公众对医患关系的认知中起到的作用;第四章媒体的医患纠纷报道策略。为媒体报道如何在医患关系中起到积极作用提出建设性建议。媒体报道在一定程度上影响了公众对医患关系的认知,论文的结论认为在保持话语公平、追求事实公正的基础上,媒体可以采用多种媒体融合报道的形式,给公众营造公共表达的空间,并做好疏通引导,增强医疗行业的社会认同,建构理性的医患舆论,促进医患关系和谐发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the relevant reports about medical disputes are frequent, rather tense doctor-patient relationship. According to the 2016 NPC and CPPCC during the National Guard Planning Commission released data show that in 2015 the national medical dispute since 115 thousand, representing a slight decline in 2014. Because of medical disputes related to every family, the projection showing the state of the complex in the case of major disputes, often become the news media reported that a large number of problems. And by public opinion, also affects the public awareness of the doctor-patient relationship in a certain extent. This paper is based on the media reports as a starting point, explore the impact of the doctor-patient relationship as well as the status of media reports on the doctor-patient relationship. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the thesis is divided into four chapters the first chapter: the characteristics of the current media on medical dispute cases reported. From the change of discourse is reported in the event of medical disputes, medical disputes reported the incident angle, different types of media On the three features of reported events of medical disputes, discusses the current situation of TV media, newspapers, networks and other media reports show the overall characteristics in medical disputes and the trend; the second chapter is the public attitude to report the doctor-patient relationship under the current media environment. Through questionnaires from the two aspects of the doctor-patient relationship of public contact reports and public attitudes to the doctor-patient relationship of the public on the doctor-patient relationship and medical disputes report on the basic understanding and emotional attitude; the third chapter reports on the doctor-patient relationship to the public. This chapter is the core of the thesis, from the impact of the current media environment on the public perception of the doctor-patient relationship, the public comment on the current the doctor-patient relationship reported to the public, media guidance three aspects, from the media to the public perception of the doctor-patient relationship in the role of the inquiry by the method of questionnaire survey The fourth chapter; medical disputes report strategy of media. The media reported how in the doctor-patient relationship plays a positive role of constructive suggestions. The media to a certain extent affected the public perception of the doctor-patient relationship, the paper concludes that in discourse fairness, justice on the basis of pursuing truth, the media can use a variety of media convergence report form to the public to create a public space to express, and make clear guidance, strengthen the social identity of the medical industry, the construction of rational medical opinion, promote the harmonious development of the physician-patient relationship.
