【摘要】:媒介的每一次更迭,都剧烈改变着人们的学习和生活方式。随着媒介环境的日新月异,新媒介已经超越传统媒介的影响力,成为人们生活中不可或缺的重要组成部分。一方面,新媒体为受众提供娱乐、信息、教育等方面的信息便利;另一方面,海量信息远远超过受众所需,而如何从纷繁芜杂的信息中做出选择为己所用,已成为大众的一大难题。对于大学生而言,学校网络软硬件设施完善,闲暇时间较多,这些都为大学生运用网络媒体提供了便利和条件。随着大学生对新媒介的依赖度越来越高,鱼龙混杂的海量信息正通过网络媒介影响着他们的思想、态度及行为。因此,在新媒介时代,学会选择合适的媒介并甄别核实、批判解读信息,利用媒介促进自我发展,已成为当代大学生的必备素养。采用文献研究、问卷调查、深度访谈和比较研究相结合的研究方法,结合媒介素养理论及传播学相关理论,从四个方面展开具体研究:一是通过阅读相关文献,了解大学生群体的新媒介素养、国内媒介素养教育现状,以及国外媒介素养教育的经验。二是通过社会调查和深度访谈获取第一手资料。以郑州大学的大学生为调查对象,通过发放问卷,了解其在新媒体方面的认知、态度及行为。同时,对相关老师和学生进行深度访谈,进一步获取资料。三是对回收的调查问卷进行统计,分析大学生对新媒体的认知及使用情况,总结大学生新媒介素养的特征及存在问题。四是借鉴国外媒介素养教育的相关经验,对国内大学生新媒介素养存在的问题提出对策建议。同时,对研究公民媒介素养的学者提供可供参考的依据。从“媒介素养”延伸到“新媒介素养”,同时从技术层面(即微信、微博、手机APP、搜索引擎等新媒介)、素养层面(媒介使用素养、信息消费素养、信息生产素养、社会参与素养等)进行二维分析。结合数据分析和深度访谈发现,无论是新媒介的涵盖范围还是使用时长方面,大学生对新媒介的使用程度都达到较高水平。但是在上网动机方面,大学生偏向于“软性需求”(如休闲娱乐、获取资讯等),而不是“硬性需求”(如学习知识、工作需要等),无意识上网多于有目标上网。此外,大学生在新媒介素养方面的问题主要表现为:受新媒体影响大,但认知能力相对不足;对新媒介的依赖感较强,容易沉迷其中;新媒介使用率较高,但使用能力滞后;新媒介参与意识较强,但行动能力较弱。基于此,提升大学生的新媒体媒介素养,需要“多方培养路径”和“自我提升路径”的共同努力,其中个人努力是关键。个人不仅要学习相关媒介知识,增强个人对媒介的认知和使用能力,提升对信息的搜索、甄别、互动、管理能力,还要有意识地利用媒介进行社会协作、社会参与等。
[Abstract]:Every change of the media changes people's learning and life style dramatically. With the rapid development of the media environment, the new media has exceeded the influence of the traditional media. Become an indispensable part of people's life. On the one hand, the new media provide entertainment, information, education and other aspects of information convenience for the audience; On the other hand, the mass of information far exceeds the needs of the audience, and how to choose from the complex information for their own use, has become a major problem for the public. For college students, the school network hardware and software facilities are perfect. The leisure time is more, all these provide the convenience and the condition for the university student to use the network media, along with the university student's dependence on the new medium is more and more high. Mass information is influencing their thoughts, attitudes and behaviors through the network media. Therefore, in the new media era, learn to choose the appropriate media and identify and verify, critical interpretation of information. The use of media to promote self-development has become a must for contemporary college students. Literature research, questionnaires, in-depth interviews and comparative research methods are used. Combined with the theory of media literacy and related theories of communication, from four aspects of specific research: first, through the reading of relevant literature, to understand the new media literacy of college students, the current situation of media literacy education in China. And the experience of foreign media literacy education. Second, through social surveys and in-depth interviews to obtain first-hand information. Zhengzhou University students as the survey object, through the issuance of questionnaires to understand their knowledge in the new media. Attitude and behavior. At the same time, the relevant teachers and students in-depth interviews, further access to information. Third, the recovery of the questionnaire for statistics, analysis of the new media awareness and use of college students. Summarize the characteristics and problems of college students' new media literacy. Fourth, draw lessons from the relevant experience of foreign media literacy education, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the problems of new media literacy of domestic college students. From "Media Literacy" to "New Media Literacy", at the same time from the technical level (that is, WeChat, Weibo, mobile phone APP). Search engine and other new media, literacy level (media use literacy, information consumption literacy, information production literacy, social participation literacy, etc.) two-dimensional analysis. Combined with data analysis and in-depth interviews found. Whether it is the scope of the new media or the length of use of the new media, the degree of use of the new media has reached a high level. However, in terms of Internet motivation, college students tend to "soft needs" (such as leisure and entertainment). Access to information, rather than "hard needs" (such as learning knowledge, work needs to wait, etc., unconscious Internet access more than targeted Internet. In addition. The main problems of college students in the aspect of new media literacy are as follows: being greatly influenced by new media, but the cognitive ability is relatively insufficient; A strong sense of dependence on new media, easy to indulge in; The utilization rate of new media is high, but the ability of using it lags behind; The new media participation consciousness is strong, but the action ability is weak. Based on this, to improve the college students' new media literacy, we need the joint efforts of "multi-cultivation path" and "self-improvement path". Personal effort is the key. Individuals should not only learn relevant media knowledge, enhance their ability to recognize and use media, but also improve their ability to search, identify, interact and manage information. Also consciously use the media for social cooperation, social participation and so on.
