【摘要】：深入调研和分析国内外团队知识共享相关文献,总结归纳团队知识共享研究现状,为进一步研究提供思路。对2007年到2016年以团队知识共享为研究主题的国内外相关研究文献进行检索、筛选、梳理、分析与归纳,从知识共享机制、团队知识共享动机、团队知识共享的影响因素、团队知识共享技术等角度深入解读团队知识共享现有研究进展,在此基础上提出未来研究方向。
[Abstract]:Deeply investigate and analyze the relevant literature of team knowledge sharing at home and abroad, summarize the current situation of research on team knowledge sharing. To provide ideas for further research. From 2007 to 2016 to research the team knowledge sharing as the subject of domestic and foreign related research literature retrieval, screening, combing, analysis and induction, from the mechanism of knowledge sharing. The motivation of team knowledge sharing, the influencing factors of team knowledge sharing, the technology of team knowledge sharing, and so on, deeply explain the current research progress of team knowledge sharing, and then put forward the research direction in the future.
